The out was locating the perfect spot for the bars and the restaurants Ben close to the bus stations and train stations well recommend this hotel for people who want to go out on the night and experience nice life and a good vibe

Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :) Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday. Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!

Staff couldnt have done enough to help. Room was very clean, facilities included a bath/shower which was a pleasant surprise. After a day of travelling it was a nice treat. Ideal location for the activities planned.

Situé en plein centre de Bristol, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, l'hôtel est très pratique. Ceux qui auront la chance d'avoir une chambre dans les étages, admireront Bristol quasiment vu du ciel. Très chouette la nuit. Chambres vraiment spacieuses.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and our room, especially for the price compared to nearby options. The location is perfect, right across from a ferry landing and bus stop. Very walkable to many of the city’s attractions as well. It is the tallest building in the area and our room had a lovely view of the river and city from the 14th floor. The room was spacious, bed was cosy and there was a deep tub with shower combo. There is a mini-safe, mini-fridge, tea kettle and Nespresso maker. Free water bottles, various teas and Nespresso capsules were provided. The room has A/C and blackout curtains as well. All of the staff were very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Shaz at the front desk who allowed us to checkout a little late without charge after our brunch ran long due to an order mix-up. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay here. Reasonable price in comparison to other especially due to the half marathon in the city. Enjoyed our stay. Clean room with everything you should need such as an iron, hairdryer and tea making facilities. Would stay again.

Super helpful, initially make a mistake with the booking and the friendly helpful receptionist messaged me to let me know their concerns, the following day, updated and set off for my stay. Booked this hotel due to location and cost for work. Would certainly stay here again, parking and comfy bed with amazing views from the room. thank you and see you next time
