Great view from room, friendly helpful staff, air con was great. Bed comfortable. Room was good. No major complaints. If I wanted to be picky fridge in room not very cold and not enough coffee and sugar in the room. Apart from that I definitely recommend and I will return again.

Well located hotel with large comfortable rooms at a reasonable rate. The rooms had effective air conditioning that was much appreciated in the hot weather. Staff were friendly. Just remember to prebook parking if required

Perfect for my friend and i's stay which was on the doorstep for a show we were going to at the Hippodrome theatre. Lovely room on the 15th floor with great views, really clean and spacious and fantastic air con in the heat we're experiencing right now.

Lovely welcoming staff on reception. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Our view was of a wall but that didn’t bother us, rooms at the front of the hotel would have great city views especially from higher floors. Breakfast was decent, quality was mostly ok and included all the basics you’d expect although no hash browns. Good aircon which was easy to use. The main entrance to the hotel is on Broad Quay, not Marsh Street.

Our room was large and well-appointed and very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buses to Temple Meads stopped directly outside. There was a was a wide range of food available for breakfast. However, we would have liked some muesli and the various milk-based coffees were only luke-warm.

Really great hotel right in the city centre of Bristol. Two entrances so makes being on either side of the river really easy so helpful being so close to everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great stay with a nice quiet ac room, right in the middle of the city. Good value and a room with a bath, which is unusual.
