A lovely little hotel just a few blocks from paddington. The location was ideal for the subway, buses, and hyde park. There are numerous pubs and restaurants in the area. Our every request was met by friendly staff. Although we didnt use the restaurant, the scents that came out were pleasant. I would most certainly make another reservation at this hotel.

The room facilities are excellent, with a highquality waterfall shower and hairdryer, tv, iron, dressing gowns, slippers, and iron on the board. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us when we arrived. This place is in idyllahua beach.

This added to the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel boasts a convenient location and offers countless breakfast options. Our room was impeccably clean and wellmaintained. Shaik, whose staff member was always willing to assist us when we needed anything, greatly enhanced our experience.

The location is close to paddington station. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager for making the checkin process easy and mr. Shaik for helping us through the checkout process. The staff is also very good and the facilities are also great. Overall, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient place.

The spa is located at the bottom of a lovely hotel right next to the station. The room is well used and has everything you need for slumber. We were unaware of how wonderful hot stones were before the treatments, but they were amazing. There was some confusion when they gave us the complimentary champagne, however, this was only because they still cleaned it up after breakfast and we were well taken care of as they discovered it.

The hotel is conveniently located within a tenminute walk of the nearest underground station in paddington city, center. The staff is friendly and eager to meet your needs. Our room was small, with no balcony in particular. Additionally, the window had very little glass, allowing cold air to enter the room.

This hotel is in a great location, on tldr. The lobby was recently renovated and the staff were very polite. Checkin was easy. Our room was renovated, it matches the photos online, had excellent water pressure, and had incredibly nice bathroom fixtures. A comfortable bed, although the double feels small for two people coming from the us. Decently sized room for London (smaller than in the united states and canada, but thats to be expected). Excellent wifi, cv with cable. Really nice hairdryer. Mini fridge and microwave in this room. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone who enjoys food and doesnt like breakfast. Flavorless spongey scrambled eggs, canned beans, boxes of cereal, an extremely sadlooking white baguette, cheap cheese, cut melon, or diner coffee. 12 ps if you buy ahead or 16 pps otherwise. If you are eat or dont like brunch, skip this. Theyre thin and small towels. Remember gym towels, the bed only had one thin duvet and no top sheet, lol. Housekeeping must be run by millennials, so we will have to wait until tomorrow. Its not terribly important because we can control the temperature in our room, yet it doesn

The hotel is highly recommended. Ive been here twice. Well situated and connected. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. A 5minute walk will take you to the hyde park. Superbly friendly staff (anahi was fantastic!). The rooms are clean and cozy.

We had some unexpected problems with our airbnb the day we arrived, which resulted in us booking a hotel room the next day. We are so relieved and happy we did. The chilworth was fantastic! The room was clean, had central air conditioning, windows, and standard amenities (including outlets for our appliances). The reception desk was warm, friendly, very welcoming. For our first time in London, the location was ideal. It was just stumbling across paddington station, making it simple to find. Hyde park is also about ten minutes walk away. Looking forward to making the chirworth our home base for future visits. Thank you for everything.

How wonderful it is to find that a good indian restaurant group owns & operates kl hotel in london after four years of being away from here. The service is quick and easy, and the personnel is courteous and competent. Kale chats starter was excellent, with the ideal balance of flavor, sweetness, sour, crispness, appealing to the eye and even more to your palate. A lamb handi biryani, which is flavorful, fragrant, aromatic, slightly dry but served with risa fresh sauce to give depth. Mango kulfi was delicious, refreshing, not overly sweet, perfectly presented. Overall, it was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to chilly cobra, we would gladly recommend staying at the hotel at least once during your stay.

The next time i need a hotel in london, ill be returning to this hotel. I spent four nights here. It was reversing from another hotel at the last minute, and im so happy ive done so. The front desk, restaurant personnel, concierge, service personnel provided excellent service. We were so close to paddington station that he adored how close we were. Breakfast was served well for two mornings when we scheduled it for breakfast. For London, the rooms were of decent size. However, there would be the size of the bathroom in the regular room as the bathrooms size would suffer from. There wasnt much room for cosmetics, especially with the tiny shower stall. Because we didnt spend much time in our room, we managed it, even though we werent spending much of time there.

Ill start by stating that, before i begin with the rest, let me state that every single employee on the premises provides 5star, michelinlevel customer service. Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, and caring. Really top notch. The location is also excellent. Parking is available in front of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops, as well as a train station. However, even motel 6 has more room than these rooms. There is mold everywhere, you can smell it in most areas of this hotel just not in the lobby. But thankfully, we didnt stay there, but on floor 4. The hallways are like catacomb tunnels, so in order to open your suitcase, either you have to put it on bed or leave the room if there are two people. Ive previously stayed in small manhattan rooms, this was worse. Because the furniture is antiquated, the light controls are behind the pillows, when you move while sleeping, youre likely to wake up with light. Concerning the mold, my wife became ill from the scent, forcing us to leave early. For the love of all things good in this world, please fix this to raise the interior to five stars. This is despite this, unless you want to feel dead, its incredibly uncomfortable.

We stayed as tourists for a short weekend and were graciously updated upon arrival. The club room was spacious and we enjoyed the extra amenities and minibar. Excellent service throughout, especially from anahi, alai and peter!.

Ive stayed twice after receiving poor service and rooms at the hotel. Peter and manpreets excellent service made my stay enjoyable. The rooms are on the small side in comparison to australia, but the staff and location make up for it.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very good, clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold options. Service was great. Very good location close to bars and restaurants and paddington railway station.

The room was quite good, and the location is excellent. The breakfast was excellent as well. There is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Toilet paper is in a handy and ergonomic position.
