Very cute hotel and we got upgraded to a better room which was lovely of them . Very clean and comfortable room and had all we needed. Would definitely go again.

L'hôtel 82 est charmant et très bien situé entre regents park et hyde park. Le staff est très aimable et arrangeant. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le quartier.

Great hotel, nice friendly staff, very clean. Spacious room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was decent. Brilliant location. We went to see the lion king and it was only 2 miles away. Taxis are the only downside because a 2 mile taxi journey cost £21. But that weren't the hotels fault. Would stay again.

This place was awesome! The best value hotel I have ever found in London. I stayed here a couple times in summer 2012 when I first moved to London. I ended up moving directly behind this hotel in Montagu Mansions, that's how much I love the location. This is a very late review, and unfortunately I think they closed either temporarily or permanently. Either way, I I know I miss this as an option when looking for accommodations.

Hotellet var lett å finne, og med en gang føler man seg godt tatt imot av hyggelig personell. Jeg kom tidligere enn beregnet og rommet var ikke klart, men de hadde skap for oppbevaring av bagasje. Rommet var rent, stort og stille. Hadde rom i kjeller og hørte ingen ting fra noen andre. Velstelt, raskt internett og alt jeg kunne trenge for ett behagelig opphold. Minikjøkken, AC, TV og god internettdekning med ett rent bad. Møtte totalt 3 personer fra hotellet og alle var like imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Selv etter utsjekking fikk jeg oppbevare bagasjen siden flyet gikk sent på kvelden.

The only real disappointment was that the hotel is advertised as having parking however upon arrival we were advised that there is no parking. This needs updating as a matter of urgency as I then had to find a car park and spend an additional £50 on parking.

Good stay, comfortable warm room. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked scrambled eggs. Lift is very small. Only holds 2 thin people! Had an issue when the toilet seat broke. Could have been nasty and been cut! Well positioned hotel for local restaurants and transport links.
