Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was so clean and we could not fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked and thoroughly scrumptious. A special mention to the young lady (Precious) who never failed to smile and greet you when entering the restaurant. All in all 10/10 and we will be back

The hotel maybe not look the best from outside but significant changes have been made since we were there last to improve things. The room we were in was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had a fabulous view. Every member of staff we met was polite and friendly. The girl who checked us in was lovely. We didn't eat in as so many places to eat in Oban so can't comment on food. The hotel is in a great location for us as is so close to main centre and it also has a lift which is very handy. There is a good few steps from ground to entrance however, a ramp could perhaps be made at one side to pull cases up as I did notice people struggling. I am sure though reception would help if asked. We will be back

Really convenient hotel. Staff was really helpful. Parking is somewhat difficult but it works. Close to several restaurants and pubs. Elevator worked.

They have parking, but it’s mostly two/three cars. Luckily there is free street parking all over after 18/18.30. Good breakfast and nice staff

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is extremely handy for accessing all the main amenities in the town. It has fantastic views looking out to sea. My room was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff were all very helpful.

Excellent hotel. Nice breakfast, and clean, well appointed rooms (although small) Only disappointment was that the description includes parking, however, there are only four or five spots for the entire hotel

We stayed one night. The hotel is really nice inside. The rooms have been recently refurbished. The view we had was excellent across the loch. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Plenty choice in buffet.
