In may 2022, we had a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic and central. The cost is a little excessive given the size of the rooms. We did discover a stain on the floor and informed the receptionist about it, but nothing was done other than them telling us they would clean it. Wanted to rebook with them in may 2023, and on the phone with the reservation team, we were told we could get a 10pound reduction in price per night as we had previously stayed. We chose to stay somewhere else. Overall, 8/10.

I had an absolutely fantastic onenight stay at nobu! The service was excellent, the room was elegant and comfortable, and the dining experience was a culinary delight. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially Monica and Maria!. I cant wait to return for another luxurious experience. Highly recommended!.

Excellent service at the portman square hotel. Excellent and contemporary rooms compared to other hotels in the city. Excellent design and incredibly kind service. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with good amenities, and a wellstocked mini bar. Modern design and spacious lobby. International clients and a motivating atmosphere.

A lovely lunch for mothers day! The staff was incredibly welcoming to my young daughter, which goes a long way toward making family dining enjoyable! The set menu for ps 59 is more than adequate, and the bento box was huge for the little one! I enjoyed the special entertainment provided by sharky and georges! The food was classic nobu, fresh and delicious as always.

I adored this hotel. I can see why amex listed this hotel as a topnotch hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating from beginning to end and even helped me make a lastminute reservation at nobu. The very random dessert and water that were brought to my room after checkin was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and had a japanese charm that reminded me of my numerous trips to japan.

The caferestaurant is lovely, a great central location for meetings or working. The food is delicious, and there is a good selection of hot drinks, including matcha lattes with oat milk. The service is good, but very slow. Once you do get the attention of the staff, they are great.

We visited here a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner. We were four. It was a great night. Johhny, our server from venice, was kind, polite, and very attentive. He even surprised us with a delicious dessert at the house, complete with candles, to make our friends birthday extra special. Thank you, nobu.

I went to their afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed it. Its a very serene and delightful place to unwind, converse, and converse. The food presented was excellent, and it was one of the most distinctive afternoon teas ive had thus far. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive as well.

During our stay at the hotel, we were extremely pleased. The staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The first person to assist us during our first visit was kleandra. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She was incredibly supportive. We always stay at the hotel on that day. We appreciate the atmosphere and the friendliness of the entire staff. We are grateful to them all.

Very pleasant experience, but for the price, you would have expected more than just nice. The staff was excellent. The rooms were decent but nothing particularly special. The bar area was small considering the size of the hotel. I met some colleagues at the bar and we had to stand so we only stayed for one drink before going out. A bit overpriced for what you get, but the location is great. Paying more for the name.

I was surprised to see that the prices were reasonable for london when i went to the bar. The personnel were really kind and accommodating, and the ambiance is lovely. A large selection of wines and cocktails. Will return.

A very elegant hotel with many restaurants and bars. The exhibition room is large with all the latest technology you would expect!.

The only drawback is the higher price they offer. Amazing reception. Our room was upgraded to a deluxe room, clean and spacious. Excellent hotel in an ideal location next to oxford street.
