I'm very happy that I managed such a fantastic facility. The room is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. The host is quite kind and helpful. The minor details make a difference, such as the cold water in the fridge and the fresh milk for drinks when you arrive. We were even offered the option of rooms. The barn is lovely.

I recently came back from a two-night stay here. The location and accommodation here are excellent. They had a front room with the nice Bed, especially for someone with Back Issues. For breakfast, it was great. We booked another two-night stay here for next year already, and everything we get here was excellent, including the meals.

Overall. A fantastic evening at a reasonable price. Incredible amenities. I wasn't sure where to begin for me, but it was a wonderful night's rest. The large barn-style home is located next to the North Downs Way Trail in a very quiet, rural region. The front, gravel driveway, and entrance are all really welcoming. I arrived slightly later than anticipated and was warmly welcomed by the proprietor, Paul. He led me up the spectacular central staircase to my room after much discussion about walking and traveling through the north east. A lovely lobby upper level relaxation space. The room was magnificent, with a stunning king-size bed and genuine furnishings. There was fresh milk for teas, coffees, etc. The tiny details and extras, such as fresh milk for teas, etc., were great. A huge whirlpool, as well as a shower area. I believe that's what they call them. Lol, a kind of bath. My visit was truly memorable, from the dressing gown to the soothing water bottle. As I had completed my breakfast request, I went down to the dining room at the date of my choosing. There was a nice selection, but u couldn't miss the full English. Alison served me. The boss, I believe, and we had a lovely conversation about walking and particularly about my upcoming trip to snowdonia. Both Ali

Amazing barn conversion that was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The rooms were comfortable and the guest lounge at the top of the stairs was very relaxing. The hosts were great and Alison provided a tasty breakfast in the tasteful dining room. Great walks nearby including one where Alison gave us directions for cobra hiking through the forest, which was very enjoyable even trudging through christmas mud. Only a night unfortunately!.

We visited northern downs barn for two nights and flew around England for a week. We appreciate the location, which was the nicest hotel on our eight-day trip. I spent a week at her barn because she must be held accountable. As we got out of the car, Alison welcomed us and led us to the lovely home's front porch. The interior of the room is spacious, cozy, and peaceful. We were directed to the local pub for a decent meal after a short stroll a mile. Alison and she soon bonded over their shared love of horses and dogs. Both morning's breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our discussion with alison about the property and admired her lovely landscaping. Thank you, Alison!.
