I stayed in a room with a balcony and saw the view from the balcony, it was very modern and nice. The bar was also good, and the breakfast was very good and we were welcomed. The hotel is in a great location, near the transportation, bike rentals and public transport.

We stayed at this hotel for two days in September. My wife and my 5-year-old daughter were with me. This hotel had a fantastic location. Close to the metro stop and a considerable distance from London Eye and Tower Bridge. The receptionist offered my daughter free toys throughout our stay and the staff was also excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. After two days of staying, we had to depart early in the morning because we had to catch the eurostar train to Paris. The staff packaged our breakfast in lovely packages, which were extremely useful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. This hotel has a 1 star rating as it is overpriced.

To London, I visit a few times each year and primarily stay at this novel or the one on Canary Wharf, which I prefer but is quite remote from everything. I made a surprise for my husband by staying at this hotel this time. Although we arrived quite early for check-in, that wasn't an issue. We even received an upgrade to an executive room on the ground floor. So, I was pleased. The apartment had a beautiful view of the city. But, now the disadvantages: There was one lift that wasn't working properly. The door didn't open when it was on the ground floor, however, nobody knew it was on the first floor. The second lift was also located on the ground floor at some point. Although both had been closed while people waited for the lift to ascend. Possibly the lift system was first trying to open the damaged lift. When I learned this, I told the staff, and they took care of it. The middle lift also failed to function properly the day I had to check out. It was kept open, and we were only moving until we repeatedly hit the button. Breakfast was the most disappointing of all. There wasn't much choice I missed, there wasn't much variety, there was more bread, fruit and vegetables, smoked salmon, and the option to order omelets. For a novel, it was fairly basic. There are no problems with our stay. The rooms are slightly small, especially as we had 3 people. But, no complaints! But the bathroom glass divider can be a bit awkward! I'm in a great location, near the tube station, and the room was clean.

We have not intended to return as this was not a four-star experience. We stayed here for three nights recently. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to London Blackfriars Station and Southwark Tube Station. Check-in went smoothly, and the receptionists were welcoming. When we got to our room, feces were spilling out the toilet. We immediately reported this to reception, who promised to deepclean the room and gave us a complimentary drink voucher. The room was not cleaned on the day of arrival or at any other stage of our three-day visit. We ran out of toilet paper because the towels were not changed. Toilet paper was not changed. Reception said they would send toilet paper, but none had arrived after four hours, so we went out to do the housekeeping ourselves. Our fridge was empty, and both tea and coffee were not replenished. While some of the breakfast food ran out and were not replenished, the breakfast was pleasant. At peak times, the restaurant was packed, and it was difficult to get cutlery, which should have been on the table.
