A very well designed funky hotel with outstanding amenities for a central London hotel. Swimming pool and a new roof top bar were excellent. Rooms were also extremely impressive in terms of design, space and amenities. And unusually for London, attentive and proactive staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located and has nice rooftop and spa. Rooms are very nice and provide coffee machine, fridge and nice design. Staff is very helpful.

Great location for a weekend in central London. Booked ahead into the spa which is ok, nice treatment close to the pool but not a serene experience as you could hear kids in the pool. Pool is super cool with blue lights! Room was comfortable and the breakfast was average.

Quarto excelente, limpo, aconchegante. Café da manhã bem completo, só poderia ter mais frutas e opções sem leite e sem glúten. Funcionários bem educados e prestativos. Poderiam ter alguns amenities no quarto, como touca de banho e discos de algodão. Mas fora isso, foi tudo excelente!

Had a really great time staying at this hotel. The check in process was great and everyone working the front desk were so friendly. We had issues with lost luggage and everyone was aware because of handovers between staff. We were there to celebrate turning forty and we picked the right place. Princess treatment for sure. The water pressure is not the best, but other than that it’s truly great.

The staff were good but may benefit from greeting guests as they walk past...just the little touch that separates 4 and 5 star. The room was on the smaller side, and the bathroom was tiny...however there was everything you need. Generous with biscuits, water and tea amenities. We were in Room 427 which was quiet and we had a great night's sleep in the mega comfortable bed. The corridors definitely need a bit of a touch up, and the doors to the rooms look very worn...but the room itself was v good. We had dinner one ngt in the bar and it was delicious and very competitively priced. Breakfast was lovely but there was a lack of plant based or veggie yogurt options...I'm sure the staff would have supplied some had i asked. Very happy with our stay...well be back later in the yr.
