I rarely write reviews, but I feel our exceptional experience merits it. It was a pleasure to be back when we came for a 14 night stay at the hotel exactly a year after we were married. The concierge was extremely helpful in bringing our numerous suitcases to our lovely room, and the personal touches that met us were so thoughtful. During our time there, we dined in every restaurant, and the food quality and service were exceptional. Breakfasts were an absolute delight, the variety of food from the excellent buffet made it unnecessary for us to order a la carte but there was a full menu if that was your preference. Due to the length of our stay, we can reflect on the consistency of the breakfast buffet, the standard of the a la carte menus available across the restaurants, and the level of service provided. We can assure you that the hotel met our high expectations in all areas, including housekeeping and front-of-house. Reading some of the reviews suggests that individuals must learn to manage their expectations and have a little patience when seeking service from the reception, concierge, and breakfast staff at busy hours. Personally, we never had to queue for breakfast during our 14-night stay because of management's guidance, which was left in every room with instructions to attend before 9:00 if you wished to avoid queuing. This hotel served a very good 5-star breakfast, besides that it was very delicious and fresh, and the staff was very helpful, especially for Michael. The place is so stunning. The location is on the ground floor with a private garden. The room has a big size and also a nice fluffy bed. They also provide treats and a toy for our dog. We enjoyed the good cleanliness and cleanliness of the hotel, especially the staff who are very kind, sweet, and kind.

This is a genuinely honest and accurate account of our recent stay at this resort. This is my opinion of the service we received as a guest. For us, the old course guest experience was simply not a 5-star experience. One expects a 5-star experience in exchange for residing in a 5 star resort and paying the room rate that 5 star resorts charge. We were confronted with several subpar restaurants and beverages. Breakfast is only a million miles from a 5 star. The food's quality and service appeared inexpensive and the staff seemed so uninterested in providing any service. The front desk service is a million miles distant from a 5 star. Our inquiries and interactions with this counter were uninformed and unprofessional. Across the country, room service is still far from a 5 star. incorrect orders were delivered. off-brand produce was provided. No cutlery or condiments were provided. I would respectfully suggest that the management team operating this hotel visit a rosewood, it regis, banyan tree, Mandarin Oriental, etc. to see what the base requirements are for service levels for a five-star hotel as they are a million miles distant at the moment. Once again, I want to stress that I have visited this hotel, and that my review is based on my observations and views.

We wouldn't hesitate to return because it was strongly suggested. Over the new year, the hotel was wonderful to visit. We decided to try the old course after staying at the cameron house and gleneagles in previous years because of its high quality and possibly even low costs. The hotel's manager, cameron, was always present and in the trenches, which is nice to observe. Although there are older rooms, friends have claimed to be extremely outdated, ours was freshly renovated. The design of the rooms was superb, although there are older ones, which ours was brand-newly renovated. Both breakfast and food were excellent. When it appeared that the entire hotel was defended on the buffet at the same time, it was really busy, but there was a letter to the room the night before stating this and to encourage guests to breakfast before dawn, which was a wonderful addition to a caring hotel. However, the road hole restaurant on the ninth level is larger, even though it is outdated and in need of renovation. Melissa and the doorman in the kilt were both excellent in the reception area. It was wonderful to see how the hotel manager, cameron, was always present and in the trenches.
