This is a wonderful location for a brief stay or as a wedding part venue. What can I say? This location exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay near my daughter, who lives in a tiny flat in Worthing, so when I visit, I have to find one, but I need one that will also accommodate my small blind dog who needs twice daily insulin injections. This was a 10-minute drive away. They arranged for a mini refrigerator in the room to store lilly insulin. The farm is actually a vineyard and wedding venue. So, think about that. The room was spacious, clean and very nice. Now for the rave evaluation. Breakfast. What can I say. Chef Andy. Such a warm and friendly person. Will cook your breakfast to your exact order. James torben, this is the place to go for the best cooked breakfast. Different order two days, perfect for both. The owner also comes for breakfast, so it's a pleasant friendly environment. Now for the critic. If you're going to be late in booking let them know. If you won't arrive. Let them know they don't offer a 24-hour reception. While I was there, the poor owner was kept waiting twice to midnight for no shows. That's unnatural and awful.

We would absolutely return despite our initial reservations. Three hot days in June saw us stay at an old-fashioned farm. First, while our room was spacious, the furnishings and amenities were a little worn, even allowing for the shabby-chic vibe. The cleaning effort to hide the bathroom fittings could have been better, and the walls that divide the converted farm building could have better sound insulation. Also, the links beds rattle and creak at night. In normal circumstances, this could lead to a low rating, but here are the positives. The former dairy farm in the south downs national park is tranquil and perfectly situated to discover the finest of the area where I was raised. But there is more. Our breakfasts at the old seen farm were by far the finest morning dining experiences weve ever had. 100 times worse than our escalating evening at the michelinrated crabtree inn at a lower cost. Our breakfast team included big, strong and lively naomi who could together lift the spirits of the most weary traveler. When the planets of pleasant personalities align, hospitality should be served with a good catering team. I was in the ideal mood to be easily upset because I had to deal with a lot of family stress during my visit. I appreciate andy and naomi staying on schedule while we were there during what was unintention

I cannot wait to come back to this place. We booked the room for buttons at the last minute but the room was so bad that we were unable to stay in it. Fortunately, seen farm is the entirely opposite. We had a very spacious family room with two large bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a stand alone bathroom. At breakfast, we were greeted by the chef who cooked exactly according to our choices and took a long time to talk with our son and laugh. The food was great, especially the porridge. Lovely setting, lovely room.
