We were on the ground floor near the gym and swimming pool.It was easy access as I have walking problems The only problem was the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Ideal location for an overnight stay prior to travelling to France by car Very good value for money Only thing missing is a lift for when one has luggage Cleanliness top Bathroom particularly the shower top Bed mattress ideal as were the pillows Restaurant more like a canteen but the fish and chips were second to none Ideally situated for last minute shopping as next door to M and S and NEXT In the words of the immortal Arnold, I’ll be back when next driving to the UK and looking for a very good value for money overnight stop Also ideally situated for a visit to LEEDS CASTLE Well do to the staff

Rooms are clean to an extent but under the beds are filthy. We tend to have to push the beds closer together where ever we stay because my kids toss and turn a lot when they sleep and I worry they may fall off and hurt themselves as the beds are quute high. So please Orida maybe hover under the beds once in a while. Other than that everything is always perfect. Great pool and jaccuzi and gym, also sauna and steam room, so much to do at your stay here. We tend to come back regularly for a short break here at least twice a year.

My family and I booked this hotel as part of my sons 7th birthday and a trip to Leeds Castle. The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again.
