Park Plaza County Hall is an excellent hotel. First and foremost, its location is outstanding. Many of London’s major attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest Underground station is just a short stroll away. The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-designed. The bathroom could perhaps benefit from some refurbishment in the future, but otherwise the room feels modern, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. We were particularly pleased to see that the breakfast area had been renovated. The breakfast itself was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We have stayed at Park Plaza County Hall several times, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The next time we travel to London, there is a very good chance that we will choose this hotel again for our stay.

Great stay! It was short but exactly what we needed. The location was very central right off the Waterloo stop. London eye around the block. Restaurant inside the hotel was good! Great places to eat in the area as well

We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again.

Online check in/key entry not loading on app so checked in at reception, which was quick with excellent communication. Fantastic room with numerous facilities like small kitchen area. Used the online food service which was delivered within 30 minutes, and was of excellent quality. Would definitely stay again.

Can’t fault the team at Park Plaza. We were upgraded to a penthouse on arrival which was great for our part - 3 adults. Great hotel in a fantastic location. We had a fantastic stay!

The hotel was exceptionally well‑maintained, and the rooms were spotless. The staff was helpful and respectful, always making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast selection and the cozy atmosphere. Best of all, the location was perfect—close to major tourist attractions like the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and the bridge, and just a short walk from the train station.
