Great location for exploring London. The added bonus was this hotel probably has the friendliest staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at in London. Everyone a credit to the establishment. Thank you all

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of major attractions and transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, and rooms were spacious and clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The elevators were the ONLY horrible thing about this hotel. The next not wonderful is that you couldn't put the heater on. The room was seriously sound proof. Clean. Staff very nice and quick to being whatever needed. Vegan breakfast options amazing! And they always had fruit out through the day. Would 100 recommend!!!

Great few night at the Park Plaza County Hall. I like their eco approach to the rooms and we took the option of not having ours cleaned everyday and we were therefore given a gift box of treats for this. This is a great scheme.

Everything was perfect, nice and clean hotel in an excellent location. The only issue was that the hotel was unable to save our luggage for a few night because of lack of space.

Localização excelente. Ao lado da London Eye e Parlamento. Supermercado e restaurantes próximos. A maioria das atrações poderia ir a pé. Tinha microondas e pia no quarto. Ficamos 8 dias. A moça da limpeza colocava toalhas novas mas não retirava as velhas. A limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar.

We had a room, 1329, with a view of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye! Located immediately across Westminster Bridge in the south bank of the Thames, convenient to the Waterloo or Westminster Tube Stations, anywhere you wanted to go was minutes away! Room service 24/7 was wonderful and the menu had many choices. But we hit 4 different Pubs,a MUST, when we were there for the week! The staff was so helpful and polite. The people of London are so good at politeness! Each night, the Eye lights up differently giving us a beautiful light show each night!

Excellent two night stay for a 40th birthday. Fully recommend a room facing the London Eye if you can get one, the view at night is spectacular especially if on a higher floor.

This was our fourth time at the Park Plaza County Hall London, and it was another wonderful stay. Our room was ready early when we arrived in the morning, which was great after a long red eye flight. The staff was as kind, friendly and helpful as always. And our room was nice, comfortable and spacious as always. We really enjoy having the separate living room and bedroom, especially to have a place to relax during the day in between outings. You get a lot of room for the price at this hotel. London was experiencing a heatwave during our visit, and it did take a full 24 hours for our room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. But it stayed relatively cool throughout the week. The sink in our bathroom was missing a washer around the faucet so water would often spray everywhere but not a big deal. Two small things we didn't love but also didn't take away from our great time - one day we asked a concierge to help us get a taxi. He told us to take the tube instead, which we were trying to avoid with temperatures approaching 100 degrees. We ended up getting our own taxi. And the woman who sat us for breakfast was a bit short with us - she told us to eat in two minutes because it was approaching the end of service at 10:30am, even though tons of people were still in the dining room eating. It was surprising but we didn't let it affect our stay. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location close to a tube station, shops and London landmarks.

Vi hadde utrolig fin utsikt mot London Eye. Veldig hjelpsomme og greie ansatte, kjempegod service. Frokosten var helt OK, det er det eneste vi har å utsette på - ellers veldig bra!
