I just got back from a few days at Patterdale where I joined the family for some walking. My room was warm and comfortable and the food was excellent. The staff are lovely and if I was on my own waiting for my family, they always chatted to me. An elderly gentleman with mobility issues was treated with the utmost kindness by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely go back.

The patterdale hotel has a lovely hotel stay. The staff are very welcoming and the food is of excellent quality. The hotel is very clean. A good place for walking and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The price of the drinks is reasonable. I will definitely reserve a room at this two-star hotel with five stars service.

This hotel is a great surprise, it is only a 2-star hotel but still far above that. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even contacted us on the way to ask if we wanted food. The food was excellent and very reasonable. The room was well equipped and had nice towels. Parking ticket is provided for the length of your stay if you cannot get into the actual hotel parking lot. Evening entertainment on Saturday night was also very good. Great location to Ullswater and there was arounf.

What a wonderful experience our hotel staff has. The cleanliness is amazing - nothing too much to worry about! I will definitely come back, it will be our first, but it won't be our last.

The hotel is not a very comfortable twister with a wide selection of amenities on the doorstep. However, they served the meals well. And then the breakfast was also quite good. After that, the cleanliness of the hotel towels was bad as they didn't provide towels to request from the staff because there was no room service, and they didn't give us good 5 nights. Subsequently, they didn't have a loo roll when we arrived to the bathroom because it was so cold during the day. They didn't make a log fire in one of the lounges. Besides that, the employees were also good and they also gave us a warm room.
