Id visit there again. Superb 4 days stay on the edge of Snowdonia. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet atmosphere with immaculate grounds. The room has all the amenities you could possibly need for a short break. The only drawback for me was the lack of vision from the bedroom window. The food was excellent. After having supper at the restaurant on the first night, we decided to stay on the room service menu in the lounge the rest of the week. Perfectly adequate, with a variety and tasty. The service and attention to detail were excellent.

The location was very great. There's a fountain in the lobby, and they have a chess set. And then, the garden was nice. Subsequently, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. After that, the bathroom was very boring as well. Subsequently, the atmosphere was a bit strange. Subsequently, they have a bronzed nude torso on the wall, feather decoration, and a ceramic chess set. Besides that, the decor was really beautiful, plus the small portion and attention to detail were so amazing. The third meal was great.

I would not have left this review for anyone to read if the hotel had spoken to us. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the grounds are beautiful, so first impressions are good. To speak with employees, you must always ring a service bell and wait as long as it takes for someone to arrive. Our room was on the top floor, compared to going through someone's house, there are family photos everywhere, and we thought it was strange. The bed and breakfast cost 335 euros. The room was spacious but really terrible. Nothing matched, cheap linen on the bathroom floor, and a huge puddle of disgusting brown water was on the floor. We did shower before dinner and discovered we had only hand towels to dry on. Dinner was good, we asked for a nice table but received no apology or apology. We were asked to reserve a breakfast time and came close to the scheduled time. The buffet was terrible, with no food choices, the table, the delay, or anything, and we almost gave up. Nobody apologized for the puddle, the towels, the table, or anything, or ask if we had enjoyed our stay. Early in the morning, they placed the bill for dinner under our door and said we wouldn't be seeing anyone, and they would take an extra 130 off my credit card. Nevertheless, we decided to take afternoon tea here and spent the night there. We didn't like how they served three small finger sandwiches, the cakes and scones were tasty, the cream was strange, and it was hard to determine if the tea was fresh or not.. There was no choice of tea and all the teas were standard tea, although we would have preferred a glass of champagne. It's typical for employees to wander over and see how everything is in any building. We were allowed to go outside with our dog and got the only dog-friendly room, which was fine at 25 dollars a night! It had a balcony, and on a lovely day you can sit outside, although you must also use the back iron stairs, so that's fine. A doggy towel and a biscuit were provided, so you can sit in the entryway with them very comfy and warm, with a beautiful fire. The breakfast buffet was rather limited, but the best thing is an impressive lily that fills the place with the most stunning fragrance!.
