Only complaint was that it was a little hot in the room due to summer heat, but that will be the case for most Scottish accommodations. Beautiful and comfortable room.

It was our first time here at the Pine Trees Hotel. We had a pleasant stay, very clean, polite helpful staff, a notch or two above others. We will definitely return again.

One of our favorite hotels we stayed at in Scotland. Lovely hotel with wonderful design details. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a message that our room was not available due to the need for some maintenance. They ugraded our room and made it right. They gave us a lift to the train station after our stay. Just be advised that it is an uphill walk to the hotel if you have luggage and choose to walk from the train station.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Scotland. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, rooms and common areas so beautifully designed, and is walking distance to the downtown. A plus was the gorgeous garden to hang out and have a glass of wine. We’ll definitely be back.

Pine Trees was up on a hill in a lovely location not too far a walk into the main town. The staff were welcoming upon arrival and our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was very good despite having to wait a bit due to how busy it was. It was a really nice spot I would recommend.

High end boutique hotel with very comfortable beds and great amenities like the pantry with free snacks all day and a delicious cake served in the afternoon. We loved the decor all over the hotel!! Free parking and an easy walk to downtown Pitlochry. Only thing to keep in mind is the walk back up the hill to the hotel if you’re not in shape. Great breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Lovely location and beautiful room with modern appointments and quality tea/ coffee/ toiletries etc. Convenient location for the highlands with things to see and do from the doorstep. The only let down was the breakfast which took almost an hour to arrive after ordering, which sadly took the shine off an otherwise excellent stay. However, the management were very apologetic, so it would appear we were just unlucky on that occasion.
