Eine einfache Unterkunft, aber super gelegen, max. 15 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof southsea, keine 15 Minuten zum Wasser, und etwa 29 Minuten zum historic Dockyard. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, das Zimmer klein, sauber, super Bett, und mit eigenem sauberen Bad. Das es ohne Frühstück ist macht gar nichts, um die Ecke ist zb das Café Coco, ein Studenten-Café, mit guten Frühstücksangebot. Aber auch in 10-15 min Entfernung gibt es reichlich weitere Cafes und auch zahlreiche Essenmöglichkeiten, eigentlich alles was man will. Wir wären auch längere dort geblieben ,mussten aber weiter :)

Great budget hotel, friendly and polite recetion, lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Like the idea of Key Fob for front door and room door. En-Suite clean, would be nice to have shower gel, shampoo/conditioner bottles. Good area position to Gunwharf Quays/Spinnaker Tower, shops, bars, night clubs 10mins walk, or Southsea Beach in opposite direction. Will be returning, and recommend to anyone for Budget Accommodation.

The room was suitable for myself and my sons had everything there, our own toilet and shower room, TV, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe and drawers. Very clean, the room did get pretty warm but there was a fan in the room, we couldve opened the windows but cause we was facing the main road it was pretty noisy even at night. No hairdryer in the room but i asked and was given one to use. All in all for the one night we stayed there it was comfortable and close to all shopping centres

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable bedding. The rooms were slightly dated and the carpet was slightly worn around the edges. But overall the room had more than enough space for the three people staying. We managed to get parking right outside the hotel which wasnt crazy expensive. The staff were very friendly. It is a budget hotel but for the price we paid were were more than happy with our one nights stay. Would definetly recommend for anyone after a cheap hotel.
