When I arrived at reception, a kind receptionist named Janice gave me clear instructions on where the room was. It seemed eager to assist us in every aspect of our trip. He had very good local knowledge. This place was a pleasure to stay in. The room was perfect.

Although I stayed in the middle of nowhere, I was surprised. The hotel location was strategic, close to the highway, and the staff were nice. The overall view was amazing.

The receptionist at the first arrival was excellent. We've stayed at Premier Inns numerous times, but this time she gave us a warm welcome and an infectious enthusiasm. She asked our kids if they wanted to colour while we unpacked and then even showed them their pictures to reception for them to see, which made their day even better. It was a lovely welcome all around and started the whole experience well.

Overall, it was a disappointment, but nothing to do with the personnel. We have stayed at the Premier Inn several times over the years, but this time, after the pandemic, we are disappointed by the apparent drop in standards. Our check-in was excellent, with pleasant and pleasant employees. The accommodation was poorly maintained and lacked a window. The restroom clearly required an update. There is no soap dispenser. The towels are thin. Unless you asked for service, the room was not serviced. The pandemic is no longer a justification for not cleaning. We ran out of coffee and milk as a consequence. The restaurant was our greatest letdown. The staff was young and unexperienced. The meal was of the low quality and almost cold. Even after I was given a steak knife, my steak last night was inedible. We had taken the meal deal, but the bill was incorrect both nights we stayed there. The pub also ran out of a variety of essentials like pizza, ice, etc. Breakfast was adequate, and the service was excellent. But please pi what happened to your delicious flapjack?

Rummet var av relativt enkel standard, men rent och hade sköna sängar. Hörde ingen trafik, eller andra störande ljud. Den hade allt, förutom en toalettborste. Frukosten var bra. Man fick beställa den varma maten, vilket gör att den inte står i rumstemperatur. Det tog ca 10-15 minuter att få maten serverad och då var vi där under en helg med mycket folk. Medans fixade vi kaffe, rostade mackor och åt av den kontinentala buffén. Trevlig personal också, så vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen nästa gång vi ska hälsa på familj och vänner!

Only one towel for the room, stairs with no elevator option. No air conditioning available. Provided fan didn’t actually work. Bathroom sink was broken. Toilet flush mechanism worked every 3rd flush. People next door were smoking and the smoke was coming into our window. And to top it off, I got food poisoning from the attached restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs. Only thing good was the hotel staff.
