Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. We liked it so much we booked another night. I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night. Thank you. Teresa Dobinson.

Family quadruple room was affordable when booked for 4 nights. Location was not in the city centre but accessible by public transport or uber

We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. We got another £60 admin fee charged by our car rental company to our card for this same "fine". We called the hotel and they said there is nothing they can do. We called HORIZON PARKING and they said they don't deal with appeals over the phone. They not even interested in listening to us or looking at the evidence. Before the hotel "moved" the car park management to HORIZON PARKING", we had stayed here 3-4 times in the past each time we are in the UK, pre-covid. So, in essence, we lost £160 to parking fee for 5 days! This is certainly our last time staying in this hotel. They should get their act together and take responsibility for clients who stay with them rather than hiding under the coverage of Horizon Parking managing their parking.

Tentang Premier Inn Chelmsford - Springfield

If a loved one is getting married at a venue nearby, or you'd just love to explore this corner of the South East, Premier Inn Hotel Chelmsford Springfield is the ideal spot. There are plenty of stunning wedding venues like Boreham House and Leez Priory nearby, and we're very well connected with good transport links too. Have an engagement with first class cricket at Essex County Cricket Ground. Or ring the changes with a fantastic weekend at the nearby V Festival. Say 'I do' to some great shopping and eating out, then come back to the hotel for a meal in our restaurant, with a lovely marriage of traditional and contemporary food, and finally a night in a comfy bed.
