Excellent value for money and good location near the beach. Short drive to Bourmouth. A great room for my son who uses wheelchairs, plenty of space in the room, bathroom, and great facilities to support his additional mobility needs.

The hotel looks good, has lots of parking, and is pleasant. The room looked appealing, a decent size, and had all you required. But the air conditioner was humming away, the room was definitely cold and we couldn't turn it off. Returning to reception, she explained that it was controlled from reception, so she turned the air conditioning off and said we could now just turn our heating up and down as needed, so no issues that first night. I had minimal sleep as I have never had a pillow so solidhard ever! We returned late, got ready for bed, and realized the air conditioner was back on. Room was chilly, but that was no issue because the winter weight duvet was quite heavy. However, the constant humming of the air conditioning caused another night of minimal sleep. I was also surprised to find that there were no pillow protectors in the current climate, which we normally do to assist staff! The location is good, the staff is friendly, they have ate at the restaurant pre-booked before arrival, no Sunday roast, rp, no chicken etc. very limited choices, plenty of chips! The food was adequate, breakfast both days was fairly good, and the staff was very friendly and good. Would stay again, but mostly because it is only a few minutes walk to our friends.

The place is beautiful, and the atmosphere is tranquil. And then, the room's cleanliness was amazing. The room's cleanliness was also quite good. Aside from that, the staff was welcoming and helpful.

We only used this hotel to sleep while visiting family in the area. The room was clean, warm and as usual the beds were extremely comfortable. The most striking aspect is the amazing customer service that this hotel provides. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning. They were so accommodating when it came to keeping my babies' milk in their fridge without fuss. Such a relief as I was in a panic about what I'd do. Definitely will remain here again.

I had the pleasure of staying here while attending a wedding with former Navy friends. The entire staff is pleasant and extremely accommodating. The names Marika Aston, Harry, and Sam are the most memorable names. The cuisine and service were excellent. Maria went above and beyond to fulfill my desire to make Playa a bride's favorite spirit. The rooms are clean and tidy and air-conditioned. Free parking is available on-site as well. I'm looking forward to returning, and I will shortly, hopefully. The ideal motel that suits everyone.

I had a terrible experience when I stayed at this Premier inn. However, I don't understand how anyone could serve a starter as we had been served. The service was very slow, the staff didn't feel friendly and needed to smile rather than ignore customers. Breakfast was very good, the lady at breakfast was cheerful, and she also smiled so much.

This was our first visit and our decision was based on past experiences of a good location that was close to a quiet and well-organized beach. The hotel offers a good standard of accommodation at a low price. Also generally, although popular, can be reserved on a short notice.

We stayed at Highcliffe because we thought it was exactly what we needed. I love this area and needed a break after a stressful time. Convenient location, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. The only drawback was that contractors were constantly using phones outside the window!.
