Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our family enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Great value for a family on a budget.

Our stay was here because of Christmas, our receptionist welcomed us in a friendly and helpful way. The room was tidy and the staff were friendly, we didn't use the restaurant because we were visiting family.

The room was clean and fresh and comfortable. The service was very good with friendly staff. The receptionist staff was so helpful with everything. I would recommend this to anyone visiting dirham.

My two-night stay for a social event up north, lots of parking is available on arrival, check-in was straightforward, my request for a room on the second floor at the end of the corridor was honored. The car park wraps around the hotel so there isn't really a quiet side to the hotel, but the rooms are generally quiet enough, although the bathroom fan does remain on with the occasional car speeding past. The room was clean, tidy, and had a few pieces of mold in the bathroom and in a typical premier inn layout. The heater was very effective at keeping the room warm! There was a bit of a problem with the room key that was easily fixed. The only negative would be that the standard wifi is still hopelessly slow, which is not adequate for a business hotel. Breakfast at the adjacent beefeater was nice, especially the cooked side and the staff very happy, but this is not an isolated event. Many premier inns are doing the same. Cooked breakfast is still not a buffet, which does sort of take away from the all-you-can eat aspect, and there were also some continental products missing. Overall, a good stay and at a very reasonable price I would be happy to return.

I've stayed here a lot and have had excellent service. The rooms are wonderful, and to say that it was New Year's Eve, it was very quiet and no noise. Had a delicious breakfast at the beefeater the next day, will be back.

Nice stay, our room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant next door was great with lots of yummy options and great staff as well.
