Perfect for our needs

Checked in for a few nights with a nice lady named Abbie, first time visiting bellshill she was more than happy to recommend place and even give us a postcode for place. We were greeted by a cheerful girl, it was nice, she was up for a chat which makes us a guest feel welcome. The room was nice, the location was good for glasgow, hamilton and uddingston and close to a nice park.

The place was great, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is good. The good thing is the location and the friendliness of the employees.

We stay here for two nights. The location is great for visiting family, the check-in is done with a girl in a suit. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. At check-in, the receptionist gave us the bath bomb, and the room is clean with a reasonable bath size. When visiting family, I will stay here again.

I have had the best time while staying here for a few days. The personnel are so wonderful, the rooms are brand new and fresh, the bed linens and pillows are all brand new, and the locals I have ever slept in! It was the ideal location for me to get to work in either Edinburgh Jump On My or Glasgow Jump On My or My. Denise was the one staff member I have to highlight. She was a tremendous support to me and incredibly generous with her time. She brought me a portable heater to help me get the washing dry because I had been away from home for more than two weeks. Nothing was too much hassle and she was a really lovely and warm person who made guests feel very welcome. Ive since returned a few times and now request that my business book this one over any other in Glasgow. Its a bonus that Denise is working while I'm there, she always remembers my name and even my voice when I've called with any questions. There are no words in a word about this premier inn. I used to believe premier inn and Travelodge were of comparable standard, but that is now completely different. Its in a different class altogether while still being comparable and sometimes cheaper! In terms of price. I hope this hotel realizes what a gem they have in Denise and what a credit she is to the company.

This property is in bad need of an update. The carpets are worn. The walls are damaged and dirty. The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. The shower curtain didn’t reach the entire length of the tub so it was easy to splash water onto the floor while showering. Someone on the floor above us was running annd stomping around until after 1. The room was stifling hot, with no ac and zero air circulation because the window only cracks open a few inches. There was a fan that we had to leave on the entire time and it did very little to circulate the air or alleviate the odors. The location is convenient to go between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The town has a train station. The area seemed safe and quiet. It was one of very few available options for a very busy week in Edinburgh. We will not be staying here again.
