This was our first stay at this premier inn and will definitely be the last. We booked a family room, but we were placed in a twin room with an extra pop up single bed stuffed inside. You couldn't walk between the mattresses because they were so close together that they were touching. I have stayed in family rooms at other premier inns several times and have always been a respectable size with an empire room for 3 beds.

First of all, we really recommend the Premier Inn. We have stayed in numerous Premier Inns because of their very comfy beds and good breakfast. This hotel was the same high standard. Clean, clean room, nice and comfortable bed, and quiet. Breakfast is usually excellent and includes a lot. All staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful.

This premier inn was our choice for the weekend because it was close to where we were taking part in the Isle of Wight Challenge. The hotel was spacious, spotless, had excellent amenities, and had a terrific personnel. Ayes was particularly helpful when we needed somewhere to eat Saturday night because we weren't able to make a reservation and the pub across the street was full. As we were uncertain as to how long the walk would take, she helped us locate a place to eat. The premier inn's breakfast was excellent, and it was excellent value. When we return to participate in the challenge once more next year, we will make a reservation again.

The receptionist was friendly, it's in a good location. The room is clean, even though the room is at the back of the building, and it's sad because the view from the open field of windows, which I expect to be built soon, is so different. Someone dumped plastic barriers, garbage, and an overturned portal. They also need to teach the local gulls to not spoop on the windows.

We stayed from friday to monday during the May bank holiday and used it as a poor base for the nearby bike rally. Phil was a wonderful and kind person, and we were given our rooms as soon as they were available. The room is pretty big, clean, and well-equipped. We had a great time and made daily reservations for our morning meals there. There was a huge selection of tasty cooked breakfasts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The finest Premier Inn I have ever stayed at. Nice, close to a good pub, and a convenient location for exploring the island. I appreciate the premier inn and all the employees who took great care of us.
