Extremely convenient for Archway underground access and Whittington Hospital. Make sure to have the premier reservation code upon checkin. Staff was very polite and helpful

I came here for breakfast on christmas day. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and has a wide variety of options. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable! I will stay here again.

Kebersihan dan kenyamanan hotel ini sangat terjaga dengan baik dan suasananya pun menyenangkan. Bantal dan tempat tidur yang nyaman untuk tidur dan sarapan yang mereka sajikan juga sangat lezat. Pelayan dari Spanyol sangat ramah dan baik kepada anak-anak saya dan juga anak-anak saya.

A basic hotel with comfortable beds. Very minimalist rooms, no drawers, minimal tea and coffee, mineral water, fridge, only 1.5 sets of towels, and no choice of pillows. Parking is good. But we had a great nights sleep! No added value to make you feel good about the place.

This place has a perfect location, with mcdonalds downstairs and 80 meters from the tube. We had adapted access room for people with disabilities, which was great, but it was placed on the 5 th floor, farthest away from lifts, why!.

This hotel is my second time staying here. Great value for money. Friendly staff always helpful. Excellent location if you are coming to London from the north and want quick and easy access to all parts of the city without driving. Would use again and recommend.

I stayed at the hotel last week for the psv vs arsenal match. Arrived around 11.00 am, but luz, whose name i hope is correct, allowed us to put cases in the store and then offered us tea and coffee due to the early flight. Later, when we checked in, we discovered that we had reserved a room with one double bed but really needed two beds, so lucy made ten calls and gave us the room we needed, which was fantastic. After the game, there was torrential rain, and when arrived at our hotel, extra large warm towels were available to dry out. We thought the level of customer service was firstrate overall, therefore we will stay again.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the northern line. The rooms are good. However, the reception staffs attitude is what stands out the most. I felt as though i had borrowed a sizable sum of money from them and never received it. Not even expressing my gratitude or offering courtesy made me feel like ive borrowed it and not given back. Management, please take note and educate them if at all possible. Regards.

The room is very clean, the surroundings are quiet and safe, and there is a subway station 100 meters away that can directly reach the city center of leeping (Chinatown). The main desk is on the first floor. It is quite convenient to call ber when traveling. The price is reasonable and worth staying for business and tourism.

This hotel provides accessibility like no other! One of the few hotels that has ceiling hoists available, allowing me to leave alone. All staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive as always, I cant praise them enough.

Our second visit was fantastic, but it wont be our last. Given its location and the hotels excellent cleanliness and tidiness, this hotel offers excellent value for the money. Our room was once again lovely, really roomy, and clean, with everything we required for a family of four with teens. On our first day, we had breakfast and dinner both days, which were both delicious and had countless options. They keep it fresh and hot, so we are not permitted to sit too long. The staff at this motel is the best part of their job they go above and beyond to assist you and do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Looking forward to our next visit!.

When we visit london, we always stay here because we know exactly what to expect. The personnel are pleasant, the rooms are always spotless, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. However, parking is expensive, so it should be taken into account, but it wont deter me.

The positive side of this hotel is the friendly staff, especially lucuz who was very kind and helpful. And then, the receptionist was also very warm. After that, they gave us a 5 star rating for this place.
