We really enjoyed our stay. Close walk to London and Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Burough Market and lots of choices to eat. Very close to the Monument Underground too. Highly recommend this location.

We got married in London and stayed here for two nights with our wedding party. The staff was so incredibly kind to us during our stay, even leaving a bouquet and bottle of wine in the room for my husband and myself (I felt bad we weren’t able to thank anyone directly on check-out day: if you see this, thank you so so much for everything!! We loved you guys!) They were also trying out a new clothing steaming service which couldn’t have been more serendipitous for our needs as a group and worked perfectly. The rooms were everything we needed, the location was perfect and the price was good. Highly recommend!

Camera pulita, silenziosa, letti comodissimi. Colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata. La zona è bellissima e ben servita. Vicinissimo a london bridge e tower bridge (5 min a piedi) oltre che allo sky garden. Se dovessi tornare a Londra sicuramente sceglierei ancora Premier Inn london Bank

We stayed for over a week and enjoyed our time very much. Highly recommend for families. The staff were super kind, helpful and incredibly hardworking. We were in London during the May heatwave and the hotel was fantastic about filling water bottles and providing ice. Location is great - right by Monument station and both a Tesco and Waitrose are nearby. The only suggestion would be to have a luggage rack in the room (or available upon request) as well as an extra chair in a 4 person room (there was only one chair). Thanks for a great stay!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Bank Tower und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Hier passte für uns einfach das Gesamtpaket aus Komfort, Lage und Service. Bei der Ankunft half man uns beim Check-In. Wir waren im Zimmer 714 untergebracht, das sehr gemütlich und sauber war. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für andere Reisende: Das Hotel verfolgt ein nachhaltiges Reinigungskonzept. Wenn man eine Zimmerreinigung wünscht, muss man dies bis spätestens 12 Uhr mittags am Vortag an der Rezeption anmelden. Das gleiche gilt für einen Ausstausch von Hand- bzw. Badetüchern. In den Zimmern gab es ausreichend Steckdosen. Sogar mit USB-A und USB-C Anschlüssen. Das Frühstückbuffet war immer ausreichend und bot uns eine große Auswahl. Besonders begeistert hat uns das authentische britische Frühstück – es war wirklich lecker und ein perfekter Start in unsere Sightseeing-Touren. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Direkt nahe der Themse gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig, weil das Hotel in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Die Tube-Stationen Monument und Bank sowie diverse Buslinien sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Highlights wie die Tower Bridge, Tower of London, der Sky Garden und The Garden at 120 liegen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ein Tesco für die täglichen Einkäufe ist ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets bemüht, dass wir uns als Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.
