Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Never had any issues while staying here. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was huge for what i expected. Not sure why the shower was a foot higher than the floor, and to get out was quite dangerous when your wet, and the floor is damp. But the rooms are excellent. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The hotel buffet breakfast was ok. English breakfast, so keep that in mind. I had dinner on Night 1. Maybe the most tasteless steak i’ve ever had. But it was cooked. Wish the room had a fridge / microwave. Luckily the hotel is 1 block away from a proper market.

The service was excellent, and the rooms were immaculate. The receptionist was a really cool indian guy who assisted me and guided me through the checkin process. I spent two days at the premier inn edmonton.

First of all, the experience was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Abdul, who is the manager. He was very accommodating and quick when we needed something. It felt like i was in my own house. I will definitely be back! They also gave me a wedding gift and tampering card!.

I stayed here three times this year. The rooms are excellent and spacious, especially the plus rooms (you can get these if you choose the protected cancellation option). We requested rooms on the same floor, and they accommodated all four of them. Room service could be done earlier in the day, particularly for two nights. Breakfast is delicious. They served vegetarian sausages. Parking may be free. Ps 12 for 24 hours. So you have to pay for three days ps 36 for 2 nights because you only stay for 3 nights during a week off peak. That almost pays for ten nights on october. This defeats the purpose. Staff is very kind and helpful. Nonpremier rooms dont have utensils, coffee makers, ironing boards, or refrigerators so its best to spend tastier rooms instead. If cancellation is necessary, you will receive recompense. Extra security.

We had a wonderful experience when we arrived at the premiere inn in edmonton and were treated to exceptional service. Abdul, one of the staff members, made every effort to meet our needs and even upgraded our room for free! Excellent service, i would definitely stay again!.

The bed was amazing, the best sleep ive had in a long time. The staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was terrible, there was not much food and the eggs were bland. And there wasnt supper with fewer allergens.

The hotel offers excellent service and a delicious breakfast. It is conveniently located just ten minutes walk from the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hours from heathrow airport. I will definitely do it again if i visit the hotspur match.
