The reception staff is very helpful, and marjan is very friendly. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I had a very good experience.

I cant name everyone, but everyone on staff made me feel welcome and i will definitely be returning. Marjan, dee, sevi, and klaudia at the reception have all provided excellent service with beautiful smiles. The housekeeping team kept my room clean consistently, especially reda, ionelia, and iona. I cant forget the cookhouse staff who have been amazing with their food and service. They all made me feel warm and welcome. The hardestworking person i see is a guy named prasanna. He has helped with almost everything. Great guy and very pleasant.

I would not recommend it. Very affordable rooms. Quiet walking distance from the train station. Availability of cab service from the hotel reception, within 15 minutes your booked cab will arrive. Food service from their restaurant is slow, possibly due to a few staff, and the food is just fine. They offer calvery on Sundays after 12 pm with turkey, beef, pork, potatoes, vegetables, etc. Mocktails are very ordinary, nothing special about them, the cost and content of the mixed grill are nothing to write home about. Overall, the stay was good, i loved the room we got but the food wasnt too good.

I will stay here again because I feel like it's worth it because its so clean and friendly staff. All the facilities in this hotel are very nice. Breakfast here is very satisfying.

My stay was fantastic. The receptionist, marjan, was incredibly kind and cheerful, and i had a restful nights sleep. Maxine, the housekeeper, made sure my room was spotless, and when i asked for bedding, she promptly delivered it and even brought tea and coffee.

We wanted to use the over ground, so we chose this place because of its prime location. The hotel was only 15 minutes from enfield lock. Marjan, the receptionist, welcomed us and checked us in, and it was a pleasure. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The fact that we had parking facilities was a big help during our stay. We will return.

Because of the topnotch service, i would most certainly stay at this hotel again. Marj, the hotel receptionist, provided outstanding service. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly helpful. I felt valued as a guest thanks to her kind demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries.

I have been here several times and always enjoy the location and the nice rooms. Excellent location, central and well connected to trains. The staff was friendly. Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were as expected. Decent breakfast and handy location. Thank you asu, sayed and marjan.

Not the best premier inn, badly needs renovation. Situated on an industrial estate outside of town. Very hot rooms. The best things are good value for money and quiet location. I recommend paying a little more for premier plus.

Champikg was fantastic in helping us with our needs. He helped us understand how this hotel operates, made sure we were satisfied and at ease with our stay here, made sure we were comfortable with our stay here, and made sure we could come to him if assistance was required.

I will return to this hotel because i adore it. I made a reservation without making a reservation when i arrived at the desk. Marjan, one of your reception employees, was really kind and accommodating. Champika assisted me in resolving some concerns pertaining to my accommodations. She was also very kind and supportive. Champika was also very helpful in assisting me in bringing my large cases to the room.

We met klaudia at the reception and she was very friendly. The checkin process was quick. She was very helpful in telling us places to go and telling us about the local area. This is not something we get from many hotels.

I will definitely stay here again in the future. The room in this place is very comfortable. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is the HIM in the room was not working, but Sarah and Mia were very helpful in finding that parking was also close by and so are the facilities. I love the Prime Plus room, this place is so comfortable and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Fast and efficient checkin. Strangely, even though it was 2 degrees outside, the heating was turned off. A quick chat with the staff at reception sorted that out.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The reception and housekeeping staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I couldnt fault it and would definitely stay there again. Very good experience and value for money, great secure parking, close to the train station and everything we needed. We will definitely come back again.
