The bed is comfortable, the windows are excellent for soundproofing, and there is no noise at all at night. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Although the staff was friendly, there could have been more staff on reception. If you need assistance, it can be unmanned at times. Selfcheckin was simple, though. I was also able to securely store and leave my luggage before checkin.

A good premier inn. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice and we had supper on the last night of our stay. My only complaint is that you cant open the windows. Please reconsider this at the premier hotel so that windows can be opened with safety catches.

We always choose premier inn and this has to be the best premier hotel even though it is an old building, it was very clean, i mean very neat! I was impressed because he felt cleanliness was the most important thing to me and the lounge area was always so clean. As a group of friends on sabbatical, we stayed in the living area just doing our own work. It was consistently clean and tastier place to work as if it were ten years old. The food was delicious as always deffo recommend!.

You can tell that this is a premier inn, so you know its based on the model and it is consistently consistent. The bed was comfortable, although there was some traffic noise from Euston road in the morning, but triple glazing did the trick. Checkin was pleasant and efficient. If you want to be 5 minutes from the station, this place is in ideally location. There are some excellent local pubs and bars if you leave Eunton road. When the room is ready, the ps 10 fee for checking in before 3 pm is somewhat bothersome. However, when we arrived at 2 pm, our bags were kept for us until checkin time. Breakfast was of good quality, with friendly service and tables cleared quickly.

The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. And then, the room was spotless. After that, they served a decent breakfast. Subsequently, this hotel has tidied up. Thereafter, there are some initial issues with the 7day wifi and having to pay another ps 10 to get wifi codes for 2 other devices.

I spent a few nights with my sister. We traveled via Euston and st. Pancras by train, which made it convenient for tube and rail stations. Excellent starting point for those traveling by rail and want to see sights and museums or galleries. After soaking in i had gotten pumped after waking up from preparing for work, we had an excellent room with tenacious bath.

Ideal location for an overnight stay in london. The rooms are a good size and immaculately clean. Its unfortunate that the bar closes so early, and if the selfcheckin machines are broken, i would appreciate some additional reception staff.

This place is mediocre at best, but for the location and price in comparison to other nearby hotels, this place receives a 4 rating. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, so if you just need remembrance and recovery after waking up from hordes of sightseeing in central england, then this should be perfect. I would recommend paying for breakfast as you go, it has tastier buffet and plenty of food, although you might not want or need it every day! Its great that kids can eat free.

I was very pleased with the customer service at this hotel. 9 out of 10 were very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. They all said hello and thank you. From the cleaners to the receptionists, restaurant staff, and bar staff. My concern was with maintenance management, toilets clearly had problems and most flushed properly and there was clearly a drainage problem. I had flooding and drainage issues in the room and it took very long for the maintenance manager to move me. He was concerned about his attitude and professionalism, he came across as very rude at times and unprofessional. However, all other staff were able to work very hard and you can see they all work really hard. Towels had odour of bleach which was quite disturbing. If they could fix the repair problem, get windows better ventilation and maintenance control, then i would give them ten stars. Apart from that my stay was extremely pleasant. Other managers dealt with matters very quickly and professionally, including yazmin and marilena. Both very polite and helpful

On a recent trip to an event in euston, there were no major issues staying here. The personnel were welcoming. It was tidy and of ok size. Easy to check in and out. There was snooze on the pillows and the bed. Although there wasnt any decaffeinated coffee in the room, you can get as much tea and coffee, both regular and decanteraf as you need on top floor. For things you might have forgotten, i also had ps 3 toothpaste. However, it was tiny. One of the lights in this particular room was not working, and because it faced the main road and was directly next to the stairs and lifts and facing the staircases, even with the windows all closed. But it wasn't excessive and probably wouldnt bother most people. Temperature was comfortable and could be changed. All the outlets, including the tv, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Functioned. Breakfast was excellent. I was leaving waiting to be seated because of how busy it got, but there was still obscene line. Given the number of visitors and customers, its likely that it requires broader dining areas. Overall, the accommodation was well worth the price.

Everything seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet, even though the street outside was quite busy. 5 minutes walk to euston or kings cross. Would stay again if i was in the area. For the price everything was good.
