Nice comfortable bed, large rooms and is on a bus route to Gatwick. Staff is helpful and within walking distance to a Toby Carvery restaurant, which was great.

Overall, it was a really good stay and a great value. We stayed at the Premier Inn near Patrick Hotel the night before our trip home to the United States. We arrived late on the latter side and were pleased to find the bar still open for a few late night beverages. The room was comfortable, but there are no king-sized beds in the hotel. That's relatively typical in the United Kingdom. The room was larger than some uk hotels I've stayed at. The bed was comfortable, and the room had amenities such as a television, a water boiler, and all the essentials for a nice cup of tea. The bathroom was standard and I appreciated their use of refillable shampoo and soap dispensers to reduce waste. However, the rooms' lack of hair conditioners and no staff at the front desk. The wifi was excellent, and breakfast had an espresso and coffee maker at your disposal for great coffee service. The hotel promotes an airport shuttle, but it is a local bus service. Yet an Uber ride was affordable and fast.

I checked without a problem. The personnel is courteous and helpful. Breakfast that prepares you for the day at a reasonable price. Shame on the parking fee, but not surprising considering the location. The only problem I have is that you can't have British beer on tap, like you can with lagers and foreign beers. why?.?

Having a fridge and a microwave would be helpful in each room

Paid Parking is the only negative. For the price, its a good deal.

Property did not make me aware that I had to pay for parking. Good breakfast though.

Personnel très aimable. Hôtel assez facile d'accès. Seul hic.
