Arrived early, but the room was ready, clean, polite and helpful receptionists, and very well located for tube or buses into central london! The only complaint is the breakfast, which is not good for ps 9.50 each!.

We visited over a long weekend in September. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were friendly. There was plenty of free onsite parking which was never full. Its tucked away on idyl street, just stepping 7 minutes from perivale tube station. Breakfast is provided at the green king pub next door. Food was ok and there was lots of seating. You can order breakfast in advance through the hotel but the pub also allows walkins and direct payment. They offer full and continental breakfasts as well as vegan alternatives.

Ive stayed at this premier inn twice now and it continues to provide the best customer service. The manager went out of his way to help us the first time we remained because we had left something at another premier hotel we just came from in another part of london. We were having difficulties and he offered to assist us. He went above and beyond what was required. Staff are always friendly, welcoming with a genuine smile, and rooms are consistently clean, fresh, or comfortable. This place is great for friendly customer care with an eagerness to take care of you. Well stay there again.

The location is also excellent. 5 minutes walk to perivale station. There is a decent bakery around the corner and the bp petrol station was also very convenient. The staff at this hotel are amazing. Shoutout to samela, micael and mithaq. All were very helpful and always smiled.

During a recent trip to an event at wembley stadium, my companion and i stayed here. The room was spotless and wellkept, which is the standard premier inn experience. When asked, the staff was generally friendly and willing to assist. It takes around an hour and fifteen minutes to walk from wemmblee to stowage in oz or gondola (on an occasion day, traffic doesnt help because it isnt really that far, but thats London, if you ask!). A mandS food store and an ev charging station are just ten yards away, as is greeking pub next door. I would return because ive pleased with the value for the money and were happy with both the location and the price.

We stayed at the greenford premier inn for three nights in October 2022 to visit London. After much searching, this was one of the only hotels i could locate that offered free parking and was close to the tube. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to perivale underground station on the central line and 30 minutes by car to get into central London from zone 4. Oyster cards are limited to ps 11 per day unlimited travel from area 4 into and around centrally london. Finding a parking spot at hotel was never an issue for us. The hotel is tattered in terms of decor, but the rooms were clean and we slept well. I usually wake up when it is noisy, yet ive always remained through each night. Our room had no maintenance issues, and everything worked as it should (shower air conditioning, etc. One morning, we had breakfast at our neighboring pub, which served both english and continental, it was nice, reasonably priced, without having to make reservations beforehand. We also enjoyed the carvery, they serve every day, so it wasnt too expensive. If youve been walking about London all day trying to build up your appetite, ill recommend it! I just returned from a 3 night stay and would absolutely recommend the staff. The room was lovely, friendly, and decorated for my daughters birthday, which was accompanied by presenting cards. Additionally, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Will be using it again when visiting london because its so easy to get to the tube and besides that theres tasty central line.

This place is very recommended. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is comfortable as always. Bathroom is clean and there are plenty of towels stocked to help out. Staff polite and helpful and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming making us feel at ease. I will stay here again.

I adored this premier inn. It was conveniently located near an amazing restaurant and pub. Also opposite a park. You might find it challenging to locate because of the distance, but you wont be disappointed.

The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive. The restaurant was excellent as i couldnt fault the food or the service. If if ive had one complaint about the room, it is that there arent the usual big premier inn pillows. Just regular ones and only one each. Overall a really great stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun twonight stay in central london. Michel and orphia were excellent and made the kids feel very welcome on their birthdays. They have onsite parking, easy access into and out of the city, and i also found the family room to be clean and quiet. Thank you for an amazing stay!.

We used this hotel as a base to get to wembley, which is about three miles away. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the room was clean. Rooms need decoration (paint peeling off near the skirting board in the bathroom and bedroom and dressing table was heavily chipped and scratched). Make sure you check in on time or after. We were ten minutes early, but even though the accommodation was ready, they wanted to charge us ps 10. Room 22 is directly above the main entrance, so you can hear everyone come and go. Because this motel is also used for airport stays, be aware that there may be dozens of people coming and going throughout the night, making you wake up several times.

We will most certainly return because we received excellent care. The room was cozy and warm. Extremely wellorganized and spotless. I felt at ease in the reception area, where i received great customer service. Excellent customer support was also provided. Breakfast was delicious as well, again excellent customer assistance.

The best premier inn in london! Leave any negatives out because when they see quality, they dont comprehend it! I returned to watch the Chris and Rosie Ramsey show, which is a 7minute walk from the station. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was the most comfortable ever. I wanted to steal the pillows but Mrs told me i couldnt, so ive had dreadful trips to hong kong. Free parking, incredibly peaceful, with countless nights sleep. It has become our regular spot, its not something we cant fault it. Everyone should stay here!.
