This is a nice hotel in the Earl's Court area. They offer breakfast but we didn't choose to eat there, but they have a nice bar with happy hour from 5-9. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was in sanitized location, close to all the palaces i wanted to visit. The room was lovely and the breakfast was also delicious, with lots of options. Also, the staff was friendly, especially francesco at the reception. He made our stay wonderful, always friendly and helpful, he is credited to your hotel, thank you very much, martina and steve.

I stayed here for three nights to attend a trade show at the olympics. The rooms were clean and comfortable, you know what you get with ps1 hotel.

The room is spacious, clean, the location is good from the tube, and the breakfast is delicious with kids eating for free. The staff is helpful. I would like to give a suggestion for future use, it is better to have family rooms for 5 people rather than just 4. We booked 2 rooms double the price which makes it impossible for us.

Premier inn Kensington is a great place for trips to museums etc. Tube and buses are all within easy reach if you want to explore further. Very comfortable hotel and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and always able to help with any questions about the local area.

A very pleasant twonight stay. Family of four (2 adults, two children 5 and 9). Family room. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast. Although quite simple, having kids eat for free with paying adults was wonderful. Room was clean. Earls Court station, which is located on the circle, district, and piccadilly lines, is about a 10minute walk away, making it ideal for exploring central london. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Cons: Very basic bathroom amenities sadly no separate shampoo or body wash, body sponge, toothbrush, razor, etc. Because the room was on floor 1, there was some nighttime noise from above with people walking down the corridor. While the family room had only one chair, i believe the sofa was used as billiards bed, it was very basic. There was no free wifi in the apartment. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for incredibly practical, easygoing, friendly accommodation. Would use again.

I would stay again. Had a wonderful threenight stay, the room was quiet and nice. Every day i watched some people complain about running out of the hot buffet, but with ten random people turning up all at once and savoring the large breakfast window, what do you expect? The staff members were all very polite and friendly, always replenishing food as quickly as possible. Its preferable to have fresh and regular food than something that has been sitting there for ages because it is never as good and keeps waste down.

Very nice and close to the natural museum and subway station. The service is excellent and the breakfast is ok. Our room is large and clean. And they are very friendly and helpful. I loved it and would like to come back.

The hotel is in a pretty good location, and the staff is very friendly and always prompt. However, the lift needs serious renovation because it is hardly sanitary (knowledged by all and sundry who has to use the elevator). Room cleaning also doesnt involve changing the bed linens, as we had to wear the same linen for the entire week of our stay despite asking for room cleaning twice. I dont know why such rescheduling exists. They should seriously change it.

The shower was the best ive ever had! We never wanted to leave because of the incredible water pressure. Although basic, the rooms were tidy and cozy. Our large family gathered every night for drinks and relaxation in the lounge area, which was an unexpected bonus. The location is secure, close to the metro, and there are many restaurants, bars, or markets within a 10minute walk. All the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!.

The internet connection was very slow which wasnt ideal but thats the only real problem. After, the breakfast was delicious and appreciated especially when we had busy days ahead. Subsequently, this place is in a great location.

The family room was spacious and clean. Very quiet in central london. Disappointed to see orange squash instead of orange juice at breakfast. Hot drinks mugs are stained and not cleaned properly. It took a few attempts to find utensils. Staff rarely interact with you. Excellent location near the tube.

Earls Court tube station is only a 5minute walk away, making it ideal for navigating the district line. The rooms were peaceful, and i met ten or fifteen staff members who were exceptionally friendly. Excellent service and quiet were both provided by the restaurant. There was excellent signage throughout the converted building where the rooms are situated.

I had some friends who were from italy and recommended this hotel. They were very satisfied with the location and pleased with service and room cleaning. It was easy for them to get to the tube station and there were supermarkets nearby. Very happy experience!.

The location is excellent for exploring the city and for visiting the natural history museum. When we arrived, the room was ready, it was around 1.30. Francesco was courteous and welcoming both at checkin and during checkout. The room itself was spotless and comfortably accommodated three people, offering plenty of space. Moreover, its comfortable to sleep in! Theres a wide variety of options available for breakfast, including full english, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and cereals. Additionally, children were able to enjoy free breakfast with pagjnf adult, providing excellent value for their money. Overall, this hotel offers reasonable prices, making it ideally suited for touring London.

I would love to return here. Very kind staff who went above and beyond for us! Even when we returned to the hotel late after a west end show with the kids, they still served us food with swagger. We had the restaurant to ourselves.

The location is strategic and very close to the underground. And then, the room was spacious, wellequipped, clean, and on the top floor. After that, they have two lifts. Subsequently, their staff were friendly.

The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is free for an adult and two children. The rooms are lovely and spotless. Family rooms have plenty of space. Very helpful staff. Pleasant and friendly. Although the location may have been a bit distant for dozens of people who chose to walk from the wrong underground station, it was fortunately i made remorse, but it wasnt haughty. I would return because there are local stores nearby that are ideal for museums of science and history. A group of Beavers, Cubs and Leaders went to visit london to see the lion king and museums, everyone had fab time and hopefully will always remember this. Thank you.
