Property was very secure with multiple security doors. Beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was strong. Convenient to Kings Cross Station, and convenient café and restaurant downstairs. Also, the neighborhood behind had excellent cheaper, ethnic restaurants.

Super hôtel à proximité des gares ce qui a été très pratique pour le trajet à l'aéroport et le trajet aux Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter. Proximité du British Museum. Des pubs typiques et des gens adorables ! Bref, super accueil à l'hôtel, nous avons très bien dormi. La consigne des bagages est gratuite....... Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Located just steps from King’s Cross Station, this is a great place to base your London stay. Walking distance to the Harry Potter Store at Platform 9 3/4 or the British Museum or short trips via Tube or Bus to all major sites. Staff is very helpful- one even walked my postcards to the nearest post box for me! Excellent full English breakfast buffet can be included in hotel price.

Hotel was very quiet and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast selections were more than adequate. Access to the tube, couldn't be closer than it was. My only dislike were the smokers that collected outside under the shelter. But that's not on the hotel or staff.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec un enfant. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un plus à 5 minutes de la gare King Cross St Pancras. Le petit déjeuner en supplément (gratuit pour les enfants) était bon et varié dommage qu’il n’y avait pas d’option de chocolat chaud de proposer seulement thé et café. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue. La literie très confortable, dommage pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre alors que sur les photos il y en avait un. Les dosettes de cafés et thé sont à disposition gratuitement dans le hall d’hôtel, il manquerait un micro-ondes a disposition. L’insonorisation est assez insuffisante par contre on entendait les aller et venues des personnes séjournant dans le même couloir que nous. Il y a un Tesco Express juste à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique s’il nous manque quelque chose. Je pense que nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

The Hotel was very clean and central with many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. However I do have a caution about the bathtubs. For mobility impaired or simply older guests who are not as agile as younger guests, the bathtubs are very high-sided and narrow, and are very slippery without rubber mats.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix très bien placé pour visiter Londres et très bien desservie pour les différents transports en commun, idéal pour un séjour en couple ou en famille (chambre familiale très bien avec 4 places) Situé dans une petite rue donc dans l'ensemble plutôt calme. Petit déjeuner parfait et copieux avec du choix (sucré et salé). Manque juste une étagère pour ranger son linge lorsque l'on reste plusieurs nuit notemment Je recommande!

Personnel extrêmement gentil et agréable , petit déjeuner très correct et varié . Chambre calme mais sans fenêtre … déroutant mais faisable pour deux nuits . Ménage sur demande , objets trouvés sous les lits … mais prestation avec un excellent rapport qualité prix .

This hotel was great for access to the tube and train station. Our room was very clean and super quiet. I thought I had booked a King bed and ended up with a Queen. If that’s a problem for you make sure you insure that’s what you’re getting. 👍

Absolute amazing location walking distance from Kings cross. Ok breakfast not amazing but has all the basics (english breakfast, yoghert, fruits, some pancakes, croissants) Hotel is overal comfortable and very good value for money given the location

The room was perfect for our family. The staff was exceptional. They really took care of us and especially Ms Natalie is the hidden gem of the hotel, always asking what she can do better for us and with a wonderful smile. Please give a promotion to Ms Natalie!
