Ive stayed here several times over the years, making it an ideal location for visiting family and friends over christmas. Unfortunately, i have noticed that the mattress has seen better days, but when ive mentioned it to the staff, she seemed surprised and said housekeeping would check it. I have a disabled room, which has fewer baths, so having able to take oaths is much safer for me. Always choose if you want to stay at pampered inn for peace and security for solo travelers.

Nothing to complain about, excellent service from start to finish. Friendly staff, clean hotel, and nothing was too much trouble when asking staff questions. When i brought a disabled guest, we were welcomed with smiles and politeness from the start. The pub staff next door and the hotel staff were all outstanding and made our stay as enjoyable as it could be.

I had a great time over the weekend. The staff members who participated in the conversation are unquestionable. Although the mattress was heavily soiled, as it had an effective protective cover, i wasnt particularly concerned. Breakfast was decent but expensive. Would suggest and return. Many thanks to the reception staff for having gotten along with my hangover!.

The staff at the premier inn rainham are amazing, they get 5 stars from us. My daughter was in a wheelchair and the staff gave me i s t he family room with extra towels. The lovely ladies and staff in the restaurant next door were helpful with the glutenfree diet. Well done everyone and thank you for making our stay so easy.

The restaurant staff at willow farm were under tremendous pressure the first morning breakfast took over 35 minutes to arrive, but the next morning was much quicker. On the second morning, the staff was very accommodating. Nice, clean, and comfortable.

I was sadly struck down with flu symptoms two weeks ago while staying at the hotel for a week. I had to use the bed because i was not fit for work. Monika answered my call to reception after being in the room for 18 hours. She responded to my questions about my situation and asked if she could assist me by bringing more towels, tea, and clean bedding. Monica was an absolute professional who quickly turned into the premier inns response to the Florence nightingale. Im grateful to her for her actions, she was compassionate throughout and was very kind to me during my time of need. In response, they promptly attended to all of my requirements and even brought me some breakfast to our room. Thank you, monika, you are exemplary of human kindness and customer service.

This hotel is rated as a budget hotel. The rooms are fine, and the place is tidy. There is plenty of free parking, so make sure to register your vehicle at reception. Friendly and helpful staff members are present. Next door is an eatery or pub with shady gardens.

Ive been staying at this hotel week on week with business and its the best premier inn ive ever stayed in. The hotel staff are great and very accommodating, the rooms are very clean and smelly. Willow farm - The restaurant where i eat dinner every night is excellent. Bar manager a man he has worked in hospitality myself and seen the challenges. He treats all customers with gratitude and respect. Yesterday was my birthday and knowing ill be alone, hs produced me with tepid cake. Really humbled! Needs to come and work for us wrong manager! Great staff all around! Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else! Thank you for making me feel so special : your team premierinn/willow farm rainham.

The hotel and the room were both excellent, and all the staff members were friendly. However, the breakfast offerings were subpar, with contaminated hot food throughout. Therefore, they are not suitable for vegans, halal, or vegetarian diets.

I had a great time so far. The room needed some attention because it was worn out. There was only one cobweb in the spotless bed, which was cozy. Although the staff has been friendly, i dont see why if he only gives one towel in solitary rooms for two people.

Maria rose was a very kind receptionist. She was lively, friendly, and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble for her to care about us. The food at the pub next door was also excellent, perfectly cooked. Thats not always the case in other pubs for steak. In the nearby pub, the food was really delicious, as was the staff. They were also friendly and helpful.
