The hotel is excellent and has a lovely restaurant attached. The receptionists were really friendly. Although the room is tastier, the bed is quite cozy.

I spent one night here, the parking lot is quite large, but finding a space was tense. The receptionist was really kind and informative, and the room i was in was spacious, spotless, wellappointed. We had to reserve cabs, which included bottled water, fresh fruit, local service, as well as free phone access to the front desk. When we went down to eat, we were informed that there was no breakfast available because there wasnt any staff available to cook. However, after paying for the breakfast, our money was reimbursed, however, it was necessary to locate another location to dine. I was eager to receive blitzing with my full english, yet ill be disappointed.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and wellkept. Pillows for the beds are cozy. Youd love the shower in the morning to get rid of your tiredness. After that shower, i was awake and fresh. The towels were like new. I will return. They should have provided a refrigerator as standard, but it was the only thing that was missing.

This place is a great choice for lodging. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with soft white sheets and towels. Bathrooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to check in and out.

The only issue i had was with the meal deal in the restaurant booking was a nightmare the first time, but it was just before christmas so it wasnt stable. Ive stayed here ten times in two months. One for two weeks and the other three nights. Both times have been great clean rooms, friendly staff and nice beds.

The room was a little worn, but everything was provided. The rooms proximity to the main road provided excellent soundproofing. However, there may be issues in the summer if ventilation is required. Excellent breakfast options that were cooked to order. A satisfying lunch menu.

The room is comfortable and the standard premier inn. I was a bit worried about the fact that it was on mr. Road but the noise was cancelled out by the windows being closed. In t he city center, in san francisco.

The hotel is brandnew and conveniently located in the heart of romford, close to a sizable uner cover shopping center. There is free parking and food at the adjacent beefeater restaurant. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom has sanitized showers with hot water. Wifi was good. Rooms facing the road will have lots of traffic, so if this will bother you, book fewer rooms away from the busy road.

The hotel looks rundown, with a few stairs and no air conditioning. The bedding was also dirty, and the cups were dirty when we arrived. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, very helpful and nice.

This hotel is ideal for a short trip to the city of london. Romford station is easily accessible by the Elizabeth line. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and i will definitely be back! There are many local stores to explore, plus the bed was excellent and just what you would need.

The rooms are clean, the beds are lush and we had a great nights sleep. The staff are friendly and caring and it is right next to the centre of romford with everything just stepping away. I have no negative comments about this hotel, highly recommended.

Its simple to get there. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast selection for the price ps 10 each, all in. Would recommend booking dinner ahead at the beefeater next door, fully booked every night we were there (end Nov) though Romford town centre is only a short walk away.

The hotel is really nice. Everyone working there, including the front desk staff and cleaning crew, is super friendly and amazing. The rooms are also cool and clean. Just one small thing, the carpets in the hallways look a bit old. But overall, its ok!.

My Nan and i stayed at this premier in because it was close to the hospital. The room was neat, spacious, comfortable and had a drink dispenser. Every member of staff was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond if that was answering s questions, giving advice, providing us with something like extra pillows or directions and general chit chat. Also, the hotel has someone at the front desk and security at night making you feel safe during your stay.

The reception is the best asset this hotel can offer! The rooms are old and lack many amenities, but for the price and on a budget, its fine! When you are on vacation, youre not in the hotel but instead exploring London! Overall, i am happy staying there. For two nights!.

The bed was very comfortable and the location is very convenient for the city center. The room was fine and there are tea and coffee facilities. Car park was large and free which i wasnt aware of when ive booked. Bar closed before 11 pm so we were disappointed we couldnt have a drink after returning from the local theatre.

For the past two years, i have been staying here on business once a month. Its regarded as dependable and reliable premier inn hotel. The staff members are delightful. James is renowned for his exceptional hospitality. However, none of the rooms ive stayed in thus far have experienced any horror.
