Lovely stay, easy walk to public transportation, but the best thing about it was the staff! Everyone was amazing and helpful and made us feel like we were old friends. Would gladly stay there again!

Location: It was close to so many things that we were interested in (Borough Market, Mac & Sons, etc. and had a Tesco Express close by) and where we could walk to downtown quite easy. :-) But, we walk a lot so are comfortable with that and we are a couple. This may not be the most comfortable location for others (say for a single lady or the elderly) as it was down small streets. (check Google street-view). It felt secure as you had to use room key to even get to where the elevators were and then again in the elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful and were part pf the dining room staff so you had to go there to talk to them but they were always happy to help. Room was clean, and medium-sized (not super-big) but was perfect for us! Bed was comfortable. We loved it.

The staff was very helpful and the room was quite spacious, much less for London. The Tate Modern is two blocks away. Train/subway stations for multiple lines and to Gatwick were within walking distance.

Easy access to stores or scenic places to visit. Transportation was easy to get around. We enjoyed the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.

Habitación de buen tamaño con hervidora de agua y para preparar café y té. Hubo un problema con el agua unas horas pero estábamos fuera,así que no nos importó. El personal super amable,intentando ayudar en todo desde los de recepción a cocina. El desayuno correcto y la cena genial,muy rico y bien de precio sobre todo el menú de niños

Chambre impeccable, tout était très propre, la literie très bien, matelas ferme mais pas trop. Le personnel était très agréable également. Niveau localisation, le top pour nous, quartier calme le soir et facilement accessible en bus ou métro.
