The room was quiet. There were stains on the wall sofa and carpet. The carpet had a red stain, not sure what that was. My wife thought blood. The free internet was a smidge over useless.

Located very close to the high street, next to the shopping centre in Sutton. Very comfortable stay, quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Super Größe der Zimmer, super sauber und alles was man braucht. 4* Häuser in Deutschland bieten sowas teilweise nicht ansatzweise. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und allzeit freundlich. Gerne wieder. Ist auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung.

Property was in excellent position to shops restaurants and buses. Staff were friendly pleasant, nothing was a problem, so helpful towards us as we are from overseas. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Would thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Sutton.

The location is good, its close to a high street. The room facilities are simple and the checkout process is easy. Overall the staff are nice and helpful, but some are not. Also, the instructions for changing clean towers at night are unclear to guests. And unfortunately, i found some stains on the new towels.

This is our fifth time staying at this hotel when visiting family. Its incredibly convenient, only a short train ride into the city center. Additionally, it is tidy, bright, and welcoming. The kind and accommodating staff always leaves me feeling particularly pleased. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff. I encountered many different front desk staff, but they were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to karl and the blonde hairdresser working on 16th. There are plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are decent and clean. Only problem is having a smoking area right outside the hotel is not great as far too much smoke upon entering. Also there is odor of smoke in the elevator and corridors, need to review this urgently. Wifi is quite slow.

The receptionist, georges, was a star. Extremely helpful and competent. The hotel has disabled bays directly across the street, making it ideal for both loading and unloading. St. Nicholas car park is not too far away, and there are excellent service lifts that go up to the parking area right away. Our only issue was that the distance to train station was quite rocky. A good point is that there is wetherspoons nearby, which is only ten minutes walk away from the restaurant and drink prices are still absurdly low. Tim Martin once again, thank you.

The rooms were quiet, so nobody woke me up. After, the room was spotless. Subsequently, they served delicious food and cocktails at a good restaurant. Hereafter, their workers are warm. Thereupon, this place is nice. Finally, bed was comfortable.

The room was quiet enough for our overnight needs. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Clean, although it could use more attention to detail. A bit dirty in the chair in my room. Parking is a short walk away and discounted at reception.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the towels were well organized. The breakfast was varied and wellorganized. Unfortunately the location is not very convenient. In one way street, there is a lot of traffic and railings on both sides of the road, making it impossible to drop off or pick up outside.
