I stayed here during the week of midweek for work and i met friendly staff at the general chain hotel. The food next door was average, the picture is of their ps 21 fillet steak. Staff in the bar restaurant area were very nice and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are very warm there is no air conditioning but theres a fan. Staff are friendly, friendly and welcoming. Beefeater next door where you can have dinner and book breakfast through the hotel. Lovely breakfast if you want to be picky you could do with proper butter and not the vegetable spread, dirty my toast!.

On the 25th and 26th of march, we stayed at the premier inn heaton park. All i can say is wow we had a great stay, the room was very clean, and the staff especially marry was on supper level she was the nicest lady ever! A credit to premier hotel she treated our children very special, so thank you, mary, for making our stay so special.

I would recommend it and will stay again. Excellent accommodations as anticipated. My only issue is that the hotel is not connected to the beefeater, so remember your coat!.

Great location for tough mudder, 5 minutes walk from heaton park. Ps 125 for the night which was expensive, check in at 3 but when we arrived at 1 the room was ready but they wanted an extra ps 10 to check early. We went for a pint next door and returned at 3.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the m. E. N. The room was very comfortable and i loved the large fan in the room which was opulent. Bathroom was clean and tidy and had all the accessories we needed, soap shampoos etc. It was also great that there was an air conditioner in our room to turn the temperature down at night as my wife and me love sleeping in chilly rooms. Staff were very helpful and even managed to check in 1 hour early as we had to get ready to go to the arena for the concert. I honestly cant find any fault with this hotel and am very picky. Cant wait for our next visit in January 2023.

The room was recently renovated, very clean, comfortable and very quiet. I couldnt hear any noise from other rooms, double glazing keeps traffic noise out too. It was a short walk to the metro to get into manchester. Would return, i had stayed here for one night. Thank you.

Once again, we had a great time at this hotel. The only thing i wish they would do is install air conditioning because the rooms were 29.5 degrees outside our room and the fan was only blowing hot air about lol. Heaton park is right across the street, what s o park for families. Our grandkids loved it once more. Its also in tastier location for getting around the city. As usual, the food and prices were excellent. They offer dinner and breakfast deals, which are excellent value for family.

Our stay was wonderful, in a great location, close to tavern station and bus stops for your city. Opposite shady park and surrounded by lovely pubs and restaurants. The room was fantastic, it was clean, and the beds were heaven! The shower was the best part, i didnt want to leave! Staff are friendly at all times and we had no disturbances will stay again!.

The receptionists were wonderful, and we had a restful nights sleep. One particularly lovely lady gave us some biscuits after our chocolate got stuck in the vending machine! The room was spotless and lovely. Many thanks for ensuring i had an excellent stay.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i would most definitely return! When we arrived, we were greeted with courtesy, the elevators and hallways were spotless, our room was extremely comfortable and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, complemented by oversized beds with spotlessly clean bedding.

The hotel wasnt too awful, particularly considering the cost, but it was quite noisy and difficult to fall asleep. The room was clean and suitable for a few nights. Breakfast was good, although it is unfortunate that they didnt have any chopped tomatoes. Although the general area is shabby, there were no issues and the hotel was located on ps 5 per person on an excellent bus route into town.

We had a great time staying here, it was clean and quiet. Bus number 59 will take you into manchesters northern quarter, which is ideal for markets and venues. Its also not too far from the tram. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was neat and clean, and all the staff were friendly. I wouldnt have breakfast again. Nothing was hot it was either cold or just warm, even a latte from the machine was just warming. There were few options on the continental side of the breakfast. The two staff in the bar seemed to be running around just to keep it clean.

This place is highly recommended. Its a good place to stay. The room is clean and the atmosphere is quiet. I recommend you to choose their ps 99 unlimited breakfast offer when booking.

The receptionist, whose name i have forgotten, was fantastic. She went above and beyond for all our needs. All he can say is that she was irish. Beautiful park across the street. Excellent position, across from heaton park.
