This place is definitely to be returned. We stayed here overnight because we had to go to bury for family reasons. The hand sanitizer by the entrance door set the tone, it works quite well unlike other places that don't bother filling it up anymore. Clean, comfortable, and everything you would expect from a premier inn. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I had to wait a few minutes to book because the lady in reception, who turned out to be a manager, was already on the phone arranging a business account transaction. Even though we barely waited. She apologized profusely.

The room itself was great, however, the receptionist was really rude and seemed frustrated upon our arrival. Looks like he was forced to work there. I will not be booking here again. The bathroom was good and clean, and the beds were really good and comfortable, we had lots of space in the rooms too so kids could play and we had plenty of space for our bags etc. I definitely would have returned here if it wasn't for the awful experience with the receptionists, probably doesn't like asians.

I would recommend anyone to visit this hotel. This hotel and bar staff were very helpful and considerate of us and our wife and daughters. They can't do enough to help us out throughout our stay. We even reserved an extra night when we didn't need to so we could enjoy another night.

I really enjoyed staying here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Even though my room was near the mine, it was extremely quiet, with the most comfortable bed and pillows, plus they provide a good value. Despite the effort they took to cater for the gluten-free allergy, on both nights, especially during breakfast, the wait for a cooked meal was 40 minutes long.

This is a good place. I enjoyed my stay here, it's easy to find, quiet and comfortable and the service and friendliness of all the staff was very good. The cleanliness of the room was good, even the bathroom, and there was a small sofa to sit on.

First: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as “self parking” and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.
