The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff.

The staffs were very helpful in the peak season on new year eve. Rooms are spacious If compare with other Premium Inn at City of London, this location is above average cleanliness Breakfast was great in lien of its price

Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel.

The Premier Inn Tunbridge Wells is very conveniently located near the train station and shopping area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and varied.
