The location of this hotel is in the city center, which makes us want to come back again, but the staff is very kind and helpful. This hotel has a large and comfortable room with clean and nice cleanliness. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of options, the location is good and central.

The room was immaculate. The staff were helpful, friendly and chatty. The lifts and corridors were immaculate. The bar was good, comfortable, and welcoming. The prices were good. Reception recognized us from our last visit. Right next to the parking lot, at the bottom of Wine Street with all bars and restaurants in front of the hotel. When you are inside the hotel, you can't hear any noise.

This place is in a good location, close to everything. I booked a 3-night trip. The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty. We will definitely stay there again.

When we made our reservation, we got a warm welcome and everything was explained very clearly. The room was spotless, with tea and coffee on the kettle. In the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful in restocking everything since it was so busy. The breakfast was also tasty.

The floor in bathroom was sinking and it smelled old and musty. Staff were rude when asking for toilet paper and towels.
