For the price I think you pay for what you get. It’s located in a prime area. Basic room and en-suite but for the price I London I would 100% book again.

I stayed here recently and overall thought it was a good value for the price. The space had everything I needed for a short stay, and the location was convenient. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make it even better. The place could have been a little cleaner, and it would be nice to have a small desk or table for working or eating. The mattress, pillows, and bed could also use a refresh to make it more comfortable. All in all, it worked well for the budget, but with a few updates it could be a really great stay.

The property was convenient and had everything we needed. It's actually a fairly generous size compared to hotel rooms in London, which are generally very small. There was hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The bed was adequate and things were clean. The room we stayed in was on the second floor, so we had to climb a lot of steps to get there and there is no elevator. This wasn't really apparent in the listing. There was some noise off the street - if you are a light sleeper that might bother you.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera matrimoniale Basic A per 4 notti durante l' ultima settimana di Agosto. La camera è ideale per due persone. Pulitissima e abbastanza spaziosa. Dotata di televisione, bollitore con te o nescafe per la colazione, ventilatore, phon, frigobar e tende oscuranti. Il letto è abbastanza spazioso anche se le reti sono parecchio rumorose e la vicinanza al frigorifero non aiuta. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, sempre raggiungibile via what's up per problemi di check-in e check-out.  L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere centrale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana di aldgate East, vicino a ristoranti, pub, Old Spitalfields Market e supermercato Tesco.  Facili i collegamenti con Stanstead, vista la vicinanza alla stazione di Liverpool Street. Uniche cose negative che abbiamo riscontrato sono le finestre difficili se non impossibili da aprire e le molte scale di entrata (3 piani) abbastanza trascurate.  Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio!

Soggiornato per una sola notte; la camera abbastanza pulita, un po' di polvere sotto il letto ma bagno pulito e nel complesso accogliente. Il personale super disponibile, raggiungibile in ogni momento tramite whatsapp. La vicinanz a liverpool street è eccellente. consigliato

Ein Zimmer in einem älteren Wohnhaus mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch, Kühlschrank und winzigem Bad. Für zwei Personen kein Problem, für vier Personen viel zu klein. Garderobenhaken fehlen, ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad ebenso. Wir haben hier vier Nächte verbracht, in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, frische Handtücher gab es auch nicht. Das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße - dafür ist die nächste U-Bahnstation nicht weit. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir nur per Whats-App Kontakt, das war aber kein Problem. Wer zu zweit ein paar Tage in London verbringen möchte und keine großen Ansprüche an den Komfort in der Unterkunft stellt, kann hier kostengünstig im Innenstadtbezirk übernachten.

Cheap and basic, as advertised. Quite a lot of traffic noise It was fine, but the mandatory cleaning charge was a bit of a surprise, as was the resident mouse

First off the the room is nice, great location and I was able to WhatsApp the owner to help with getting in and he was helpful and quick to reply. However the room has a leak directly above the toilet and a bin was placed on the toilet to collect this. I emptied the the orange coloured water down the sink. The owner informed me it was rain water and he knew about the leak and offered to send a cleaner round of needed. Cleaner not needed but it meant the toilet was unusable unless you have an umbrella which I didn't. Also meant there was a constant dripping all night. The room could be very good but with the leak shouldn't be let out in this state.
