We stayed in the premium deluxe room and it was beautiful. Nice big windows and a nice big bed. The mini bar is included in the room, however. The only “snack” included was 1 packet of crisps and 2 caramel wafer biscuits. There was choice of mini bottle of wine. But only one of Diet Coke can. The hotel itself was lovely, the main toilet area in reception was very aesthetically pleasing. We sat down in the lobby to watch the football and it was pleasant even with the amount of people in there. Food was delicious and the choice at breakfast was fantastic. We were woken by the fire alarm at 6am unfortunately, which was sad as a lay in was on the cards. Also, coconut milk shows as an alternate option on the card in the rooms but they don’t actually have this option. All in all, the staff, the quality of the food and the stay were superb

My first stay at The Pullman, and I was really impressed. Everything was just right - the attention to detail was excellent. Things were in just right place and just worked. Just one example to illustrate the “getting things just right” point. I used the air conditioning - we’re in the middle of a hot spell. But unlike many hotel systems where the fan is noisy and all moisture is sucked out of the air, here it was subtle and silent. Quality place.

Book this for my parents and they loved it. Comfy beds and pretty good views from riverside. I also appreciate the eco friendly bathroom items (cotton buds, nail file, cotton round and shower cap all in paper wrapping)

My only beef with the stay was having to join a huge queue, with non residents, for the bar, after the concert. I think there should’ve been provision for residents to have priority service. Apart from that 10/10 all the way. With a special mention for the guy doing the meet and greet!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer recht groß, gemütlich, auch praktisch. Fußweg zur Arena 1 Minute, in die Innenstadt 10 bis 15 Minuten. Frühstück reichhaltig, sehr gut.
