Everything about our stay here was great. The staff were very helpful and caring. The room itself was outstanding - even had a view of York Minster. There was a tea service in the room including cookies and chocolates.The breakfast was the typical English breakfast which is a lot of food and it was all delicious. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. They were going to change our room as they thought my mum would struggle getting into the shower. The room they were going to exchange for us had gone, so they offered us an upgrade to a suite. What an experience that was. It was great. Great location for the train station and town centre. The check in at 3 and check out at 12 really made the visit. Price also included robes, free bottled sprinkling water and a fridge which came in handy for our wine and processo.😊

Gorgeous room. Really big. Very clean. Very easy from the train station. We dodbt use the bar hut it looked well stocked and comfortable seats. The bed was comfortable we both had a great night's sleep.

This hotel never fails when I come to Leeds. Very church like hotel when you enter and staff are very welcoming. £50 deposit when you get to the hotel for amenities such as room upgrade, breakfast, room damages or alcholic beverages in the draws at the hotel room. 5 minutes away from the train station. I accepted a room upgrade that came out of the deposit that the room was more spacious rather then the basement rooms on the top floor that was £15 more. Bar & Restaurant areas are the but plenty of restaurants and pubs that are around.

The hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic location close to Leeds train station and the city centre. We couldn’t have asked for more from the staff who were excellent and gave us a stay that exceeded expectations. The breakfast was also delicious.

Hotel bellissimo. Siamo arrivate con il treno ed è vicinissimo, ma la zona ci é sembrata curata e sicura. Persino la sera del concerto siamo rientrate tranquillamente. Le camere bellissime. Spaziose, pulite e arredate con ottimo gusto. Non potrei desiderare di più. Lo scalone centrale, per salire al piano era bellissimo e ce ne siamo innamorate, tanto che ho mai voluto prendere l’ascensore. Tornerei subito , anche perché il prezzo era ottimo.
