Really nice hotel just minutes from Heathrow. Great staff, really helpful. Really nice large public area, plenty of seating, nice bar, good food. Large room.

Found a used chocolate paper on the floor under the bed, but otherwise felt clean. Was pleasently surprised to see that it was not just the lobby area that looked nice. You need a paid shuttle or taxi to the hotel from the airport, but it was only £12 for a cab for all 4 of us with tons of luggage.

Check-in was easy and our room was ready early which was perfect as we arrived early. Our room was clean, the restaurants were good. We had an issue with our shower not draining, issue was resolved quickly. You cannot walk to the airport from this hotel. Transportation has to be by shuttle, Uber or Taxi. Our departure was out of terminal 4, y or can see the airport from the hotel but terminal 4 was a 4 mile drive which took 25min.

This hotel is in a great location for all terminals at the airport! The self check in and out process helps if you are in a rush, the hotel has really good options for food/drink.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negatives, would be that it is located far away from things to do.It is walking distance from the airport but no way to walk there, $30 Uber for a 5 min drive.

Parking was very limited so it was a gamble to find parking. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very yummy. The room was very clean, however it was showing wear and tear, the lights coming from the walls next to the beds, both looked like they had been hit and moved, one was coming out of the wall. Of the small bed lights only one worked. The bunk beds only have foam mattresses rather than real mattresses - grumpy kids equals bad day.

Very helpful staff, great size and tidy rooms. There was an issue with a drunken guest making a lot of noise and banging on doors in the hallway during the night. Security were able to resolve and a staff member agreed to give me free late checkout the next day to compensate.

This was our second stay at the Radisson RED Heathrow before/after a flight, and once again it did not disappoint. We checked in at around 1:30am on Monday 15 June after a long day of travelling with a sleeping infant, multiple suitcases and the usual airport stress. Abdullah at reception was absolutely outstanding. When I explained that we couldn’t find an available parking space, he immediately stepped in to help. Not only did he assist us with the check-in process, but he also helped with our luggage and personally showed my husband where he could park. I’d also like to thank Abdullah’s colleague, a gentleman with glasses, who was equally friendly and helpful throughout our arrival. What impressed us most was Abdullah’s willingness to go above and beyond despite what was clearly a very busy night. We even witnessed him dealing calmly and professionally with a situation involving an individual attempting to gain access to a guest’s vehicle. He handled it with professionalism and ensured the safety and security of guests. Travelling with a baby can be challenging, and small acts of kindness make a huge difference. Abdullah’s exceptional customer service turned what could have been a stressful arrival into a smooth and reassuring experience. Thank you to Abdullah and the team for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and well-run stay near Heathrow.
