We were warmly welcomed like old friends by the wonderful owners, Jackie & John. We had high expectations given the positive reviews, & we were not disappointed. John gave us an overview of the history of the house which was a lovely touch. They are rightly proud of their beautiful property, which exudes class, quality & great attention to detail. The room was spacious with clean lines & classic decor, the most comfortable bed with sumptuous linens & a spacious en suite, again with quality towels & toiletries. The hospitality tray was well stocked, with fresh milk in the fridge outside of our room. Breakfast was beautifully cooked with quality ingredients & absolutely delicious accompanied with great tea, coffee & fresh juices. Honestly nothing was too much trouble for Jackie & John & we cannot fault anything. Already planning our return visit! Absolutely first class in every aspect. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!

Bed and breakfasts don't get much better than this. Absolutely fantastic experience from arrival to leaving. Would thoroughly recommend and I usually don't bother leaving reviews.

Lovely stay. Characterful rooms well equipped and well furnished and decorated. Fresh milk provided for use in tea/coffee. Really helpful and accommodating host and a nice breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hosts. Immaculate large room. Great shared spaces for guests (unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of these!) Good, tasty breakfast. What's not to like? We'd definitely return if we wanted to stay in that area again.
