We had a comfortable stay and was treated well by the staff. The room had been recently refurbished,coffee maker,kettle etc, and was roomy with a comfortable large bed.,clean etc. We were a little unsure how room service was conducted but didn't cause any concern to us. There was a very good buffet style breakfast with something to suit most tastes, cooked or cold ,just suit yourself to whatever took your fancy. A spacious dining room. The Hotel has a small indoor pool to use open 8am to 8pm and a bar/lounge serving various drinks. So all in all for us a nice few days,in a good location (5 mins approx to the station,buses and the numerous eating establishments.,shops. Reading some of the previous reviews made us a little unsure what to expect, but no major issues as we like to enhance the good points rather than look for finicky negatives,which everywhere in our experience of staying in hotels Europe wide can be subject to critiscm if one looks for it, of course any major issues we would report!

The hotel is staffed by exceptionally nice people who are truly welcoming and helpful. The location is great for a stay in lovely Pitlochry, and we enjoyed the local shops and dining. Parking is onsite and convenient. Our room is amazing; views of gorgeous greenery, spacious, comfortable beds, a lovely loo, nice windows for a cooler night, great amenities, and in a beautiful building. Breakfast is just exceptional with a large variety and great flavors. We wished our stay had been longer to enjoy more of the area and the hotel’s amenities.

Hassle free check in completed with friendly helpful staff who told me everything I needed to know for my stay. The choice at breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was hot and plenty of it. My room looked towards the town and was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I’ll definitely return for another stay.

We arrived early and expected to leave our bags in a luggage room but our room was ready and we were given the key. We had booked a large family room and it was very nice and it was huge. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The breakfast room had changed since my last visit and it felt very cramped with not a lot of room between the tables and it was busy. Aside from that the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice to suit everyone's preferences. We were only there for 1 night so did not have time on this occasion to use the pool or any of the other facilities.

The hotel was really excellent. We had a huge room with lovely toiletries and a great selection of tea, hot chocolate and coffees as well as delicious biscuits. The swimming pool was really good and we made good use of it. We didn’t use any of the Spa facilities or the Steam Room or gym but they looked great too. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and welcoming and helpful staff. We had our dinner on both nights at Fisher’s Hotel and the food and service there was really good too.

Room was spacious. Breakfast room staffer (older gentleman) was enthusiastic and helpful. On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited parking. We arrived for check in around 9:30 pm and the lot was completely full except for 1 EV charger spot. The lady at the front desk directed us to a public pay-parking lot several blocks away (which we later discovered has signs saying no overnight parking). She asked us if there were any of the charger spots left and we said yes, there was 1, and she told us to park there. So we did get a parking spot on the grounds, then made sure we were back to the hotel early every evening after that so we could get a spot.

The Scotlands Spa Hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Pitlochry. It's just a block off the Main Street and all the shops and within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was extravagant and included everything for a full Scottish breakfast, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and several other options. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had 4 adults in a family room, which was a little cramped, but we got along fine. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool, jacuzzi, or spa. It was a little pricier than what I usually choose but it was well worth it.

. Staff were lovely. Huge choice at breakfast. Pool looked nice But….. rooms were very disappointing! The single was like a shoebox. Both rooms were dated.

The hotel itself is looking a little tired in places, but the bedrooms have been tastefully redecorated and have everything you need - comfy bed, good bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, large smart TV, free WiFi and even an ironing board and iron. It wasn't an issue for me, but the lift to the third (attic) floor wasn't working, and it wouldn't have been fun to carry large, heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs. Breakfast was great - a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel was very busy so we were asked to book in for a time slot for breakfast to help manage the numbers. This worked well though. I didn't use the pool, gym or spa facilities.

Breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from. Location was lovely. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lovely to have the swimming pool, and leisure facilities. The only thing I would say is that it didn't have a great signal in the room.
