I have a good experience in this place, I like this place because everything is clean and I got cool vibe. The bed here was comfy and spacious. But the shower was okay, and they could have better made it stronger.

We would visit again. If you are looking for a great, reasonably priced, family-friendly hotel, I cannot recommend this one more highly. I rarely write tripadvisor reviews, but I felt compelled to tell people how fantastic this hotel is. We stayed with our family of 4 adults two children 97 and our family dog! The room was fantastic with a tiny kitchenette with everything you could need, comfortable beds, a big sofa, a large shower, etc. Relaxed vibe in the baronial area, in a great location, and at a great price.

Nick, this email is to let you know what incredible staff you have working at the front desk. I want to thank the room management and receptionist staff, Barbara, Rico, Ronald, Frank, and Aye for their excellent service and support in a time of need. I don't know what I would have done without my luggage, passport, or wallet, fortunately I've stayed in for work before, and you have all of my details on your internet. I have to commend the front desk staff for their excellent service, who are always kind, jolly, and willing to assist where they can. Will arrange something tiny for them to thank them for everything they have done for me. Thank you to all of them, please.

I will stay here again and strongly advise anyone looking for a place to stay in Southampton, whether for exploring the neighborhood or for business. Very pleasant stay, friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and a peaceful night's sleep. Someone here claimed the location wasn't great because it wasn't close to a train station. Southampton is a big city, so it's not possible for a hotel to be near everything, but it is very close to the ferry terminals and the city center. If you require parking, remember to book it. Surreal experience for me because 16 years ago when this building was an office, I worked here. My spouse thought I was a little bad for wanting to stay here specifically, but I wanted to see how it all looked now! Our staff canteen used to be in the hotel loungebar, and it's much nicer now! Decor is beautiful and chic! Very cool, I had a nice evening relaxing here with a drink, catching up on work and reading. The hotel lifts are in the same location, but apart from that, it's unrecognizable from when it used to be an office, and they did a great job! We said that the rooms have a lovely homey, almost scandinavian feel to them, with decor and design. Everything you could possibly need and more. The little kitchenette is awesome, and I won

The room is so roomy and spacious. The kids adored the loft bed. A plus for teascoffees and snacks because we had to eat out while we were eating.
