Basic but really authentic and everything you need , lovely area , lovely view from rooms , friendly staff Couldn’t have asked for a better location lots around , pubs , restaurants and Paddington station just round the corner so very easy for us to travel to Wembley stadium for a concert. Would definitely return Thanks for accommodating me and my daughter x

Good location, very close to the subway and a short walk to hyde park. Rooms were tiny but good if you are planning to be out most of the day and just need a comfy place to rest in between. Staff were very lovely and kind.

Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen majoitus. Huone parempi kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää! Iso suositus.

Cheap, quiet, good sheets, limited bathrooms/toilets per room. Does an honest job for the money

Great value, view of the square, perfectly clean, good sheets, good shower, quiet, Only drawback, my room was up 4 flights of stairs. No problem for me and was 1/2 price of other options, but if you're taking a person with limited mobility or poor fitness, not for you. Staff was excellent.

A traditional style hotel, everything in good order. The Paddington location is excellent (I booked it because I had an early start); close to Hyde Park, the immediate area has lots of good small shops for basics, and the walk to Edgware Road is short. As advertised, there is no air conditioning (pretty standard for London), but the room temp was fine, and there is a fan in the room. Overall, a very good option.

The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless. Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation.

A quaint hotel with close proximity to Paddington Station and all it's convinces. The property was clean and quiet, the room very pretty and the view over the park was excellent. The possibility to open the window was a big plus in my book, nothing beats laying in the bed and listening to the raindrops fall on the leaves outside. The hotel offered a water station with both still and sparkling water, had a small vending machine on the ground floor and a tea/coffee bar on the second floor. This hotel had the perfect balance between new and old, and all employees were lovely. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
