Excellent location a few minutes walk from Paddington. Easy access to everything. Staff are super. Hotel is charming. Get ready to carry your bag though.

The hotel has true style, charm, and character. The staff at the front desk were excellent. My room on the third floor had a lovely view of the magnificent trees in Norfolk Square. I was delighted that the window opened and that there was a reading lamp perfectly positioned above the bed. The neighbourhood was great. Finding a charming family run cafe two minutes on foot from the hotel made breakfast a joy and at the end of the day good restaurants were abundant. The noise from the trains did not trouble me. I stayed for four nights and hope to stay at St. David’s again, when I next visit London.

Very friendly staff and lovely clean and modern room. Nice touches with drinks available and luggage storage. Ask for a lower room if you struggle with stairs.

This was a nice stay for a good price. It's location near Paddington Station was super convenient. While it's an older hotel, they've updated the rooms nicely and while very "efficient" in size, newer amenities like phone charging plugs were well placed. There was a little bit of noise from the trains, but nothing that kept us up. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator but the front desk staff offered to help take our luggage up. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of tea at the hallway station, but that's getting a bit picky on my part. Lovely stay.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. La estación de metro de Paddington prácticamente te lleva a cualquier zona de Londres en 20 minutos. Lo único que podría decir es que no tiene elevador, en este caso únicamente es importante confirmar que tu movilidad sea suficiente para este caso

Great area very close to Paddington station with plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were small but decorated thoughtfully and full of character. Staff were friendly and on hand 24/7. Could hear the rumble of the underground but wasn't an issue on my floor.

The stay was excellent; the location is UNBEATABLE—the subway is nearby, along with parks, buses, restaurants, currency exchange offices, luggage storage, supermarkets—everything is close by, and Paddington Station connects to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They offer luggage storage and early check-in for GBP 30. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Please note that there are no elevators, only stairs. I am more than satisfied with my stay.

Ein nettes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Paddington Station in der Nähe. Es ist perfekt gelegen. Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuss sein. Es gibt viele Treppen und keinen Lift.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and cozy. It has no AC, but the staff provided a fan and the temperature outside was cold so just opening the window was enough. The hotel is also very close to Paddington Station so there are no issues with moving around. If I were to visit London again, I would more than likely choose this place again.

St. David's Hotel in Paddington was a great stay! Very convenient to public transport and walkable to Hyde Park area, lots of restaurants and shops around - specifically Paramount a Lebanese restaurant with "world famous hummus" that lives up to its name! The hotel is very clean and rooms and beds are comfortable - it does not have air con, so warmer months might be hard and unfortunately no lift either, so heavy packers beware! Staff are super friendly and welcome - we will definitely be back to stay again when in London!

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber das wussten wir. Dementsprechend klein ist auch das Bett und das Bad. Für ein paar Nächte aber kein Problem :) die Lage ist super!

Alles gut! Super Lage, sauber und für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Man spürt ab und an die Ubahn, die in der Nähe ist - aber ich persönlich hatte damit gar kein Problem. Immer wieder gerne!
