I didnt stay in the hotel. Just passed through the st. Pancras railway station and stopped at the stoppef in this hotel, i had drinks and snacks in a beautiful, spacious, beautiful room that captured the grandeur of the great stanccrans train station. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is highly recommended! The location above kings cross international station is ideal, most underground lines have intersections there, making it easy to get around in london! Gorgeous architecture, the harry potter movie location, and an amazing building. Although not luxurious, standard rooms are comfortable enough, while suites appear luxurious with balconies, although we didnt live there. The restaurant is excellent, as are the services!.

This hotel has a cool atmosphere. You can hear trains at times, but thats part of the experience. The location is close to train station, which is incredibly convenient, especially with all the shopping and dining options. Its very convenient to only have to take ten minutes to get to your train before departing and grab some food along the way.

This property wont let you down in terms of its convenient location, its beauty of the building, and its not particularly great front desk staff. The lounge offers a wide variety of services throughout the day, but we did notice significant differences in the hours that the services were provided between what was posted and what we were told. Nevertheless, if you have access, this is incredibly beneficial to your stay. Our suite, which had en suite furnishings, was very generously sized, had an amazing washroom, an extremely comfortable (fluffy) bed, beautiful views, as well as shabby seating area.

Ive stayed here several times and generally have not had a bad experience. However, for the best room experience, you should stay at the back of the hotel, which has nicer, more luxurious rooms. Checkin was flawless, and the reception area was crowded because it was combined with sytay cafes that were open to everyone. A mustgo if you have onward rail travel.

Wonderful stay. Excellent breakfast. Amazing structure. The entire crew is courteous, professional, and welcoming. Always with a big smile. I only have to say that the room is tattered (in fact, you can tell it has been used) and that there isnt much practical or even dangerous in the bathroom, which is slippery even with the bath mat. But everything was charming! Thank you.

Excellent customer service from the entire team at the st. Pancras Renaissance hotel in London, from being welcomed at entry to visiting the spa and relaxation room, a reserved table at The hansom restaurant, and of course an excellent location for attending any private conference with excellent security.

Dining at 1869. Booking officd. Excellent hospitality from arton. Im grateful for his guidance! Extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. The buttermilk chicken sharing dish is also highly recommended. It was excellent. In addition, the setting is lovely.

We will be back. Fantastic stay. Dinner was having issues. The restaurant manager was excellent. From checkin to checkout, the staff was fantastic and wellmaintained. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work. All of the smiles must make their faces hurt.

I visited the hotel with my mother yesterday for afternoon tea at the hansom, and i have nothing but praise for them. It was my mothers birthday, so we arrived in her wheelchair because she has mobility issues. They responded quickly to my email ahead of time to make sure it was easy to get there and that it would be my parents fault. When we eventually got there, every member of staff welcomed us with open arms. The access was very wheelchair friendly, as they had stated. This is the main hotel lounge, but it is large and warm, which surprised us by how they managed to keep it so warm. Interiors are luxurious and feel worth the money you spend there. Erica was our server throughout, who we cant thank her enough for making sure our time there was memorable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, explaining everything in detail in a natural and entertaining manner about her. Our sandwiches, tea, cakes, or scones were all delicious and had lovely presentation, plus they also offered some cute little extras on their menu, too. With gentle music playing, quiet and relaxed otherwise, it served as ideal for evening tea. We stayed for two hours without feeling rushed! When ready to go, Erice came out and sang happy birthday with crows and handmade chocolates, something we had not requested. My mother grinned when she saw it because it had been so well executed. A friend gave this hotel a high recommendation, and it did not let me down! Its pricier than other locations, but its well worth it, especially if traveling by eurostar! We arrived very early, so the staff took care of us. They said they could check us in unless i was available or keep my bags in an safe location based on availability. The rooms are immaculate, with the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in, according to them. You wont want to get out of bed! For those who enjoy walking, this location is not advisable. If you dont like to walk or cant walk, the underground is very close by, as is Kings crossing next door. As it happens, several people ill know who travel to london frequently stay at saint pecras every time. We will undoubtedly stay here again the next time we visit lanhampton.

From the outside, it looks like a magical castle. There are two stations next to the hotel, and platform 9 3/4 is right next door to it. The hotels interior design is also quite intriguing. Harry Potters dorm is reminiscent of the stairs. Jay Chou used the piano on the first floor for his mv shooting.

I am unable to comment on the rooms because i didnt stay. However, its a lovely location for savoring java. While expensive, the surroundings are quite pleasant if you enjoy the historical side. The spice girls in upcoming music video also made renowned for their distinctive staircase here. Situated inside the heart of stancras station, food is also available.

This hotel keeps me coming back time and time again, i cant say enough good things about it. The rooms are great, my only complaint is the bed. It is very conveniently located right at the center of st. Pancras and kings cross, so getting on the tube or any train national or even international is really easy. But what a highlight for me to highlight is that the staff throughout the entire hotel are just amazing. Every time ive been here, the front desk staff has made incredibly if my stay stays better. Everyone is so accommodating, helpful, and kind. Thank you for everything you do!.
