I have stayed in many hotels in London and I must say, the '55' had the MOST HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY staff I have ever encountered! Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, from the welcome email to the check-out. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet at night, making for a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options and was served in a lovely sunny breakfast room with a beautiful garden terrace. Will definitely be back!

The TV quality on conventional channels are quite poor and it couldn't connect to our device via the instructions on the screen. Other than that, everything else are good. Just be aware, there is no sleepers provided, not a big deal to us tho.

This is the easiest hotel recommendation I've ever written. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is great; a stone's throw to a number of shops, markets, and restaurants, and a short walk to the Circle Line. It's also a ten minute walk to Portobello Road. The hotel itself is lovely; the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Where 55 really shines is in their high service level and wonderful staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone we interacted with was helpful and gregarious.

The location is great; a stone's throw to a number of shops, markets, and restaurants, and a short walk to the Circle Line. It's also a ten minute walk to Portobello Road. I would have never imagined that our stay in the bustling Bayswater area could be so quiet. The staff at 55 by Le Mirage placed us in a courtyard room on the first floor. The double room was cozy and designed well with a small entry area, another area with a desk, and a really big bathroom. Four different USB charging areas (8 ports), which was more than what two people needed. The breakfast was cold continental, with plenty of options and fruits, breads, and cereals. Great location, tastefully done, and a healthy breakfast to start your London day.

What a wonderful stay! Location: so convenient, walking distance to Hyde Park, two tube stations and lots of shops, cafe and restaurants. Customer care: staff are all so friendly and caring. Mentioned it's part of hubby's birthday celebration. They prepared balloons, towel folded cake and a big Happy birthday bear balloon for him. We are so touched! Room: very clean and so quite in the evening. The family room is spacious, a queen bed, a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It comes handy when you have children that don't want to share beds with each other. Overall: 10 out of 10!
